Oreo Ice Cream Pie is the ultimate summer dessert with an easy cookie crumb crust, creamy ice cream filling, and easy whipped topping!

1 1/2 cups Oreo Cookie crumbs
1/4 cup sugar
1/3 cup unsalted butter (, melted)
4 cups Oreo Ice Cream
12 Oreo Cookies (, crushed)
2 cups heavy cream
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup Oreo Cookie crumbs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Steps:

  • Stir together Oreo crumbs, sugar, and butter until well mixed.
  • Add crust mixture to a pie plate and press down evenly.
  • In a large mixing bowl whisk together Oreo ice cream and crushed Oreos.
  • Pour into cooled pie plate.
  • Add heavy cream, powdered sugar, Oreo Cookie crumbs, and vanilla extract to a stand mixer and beat on high speed until it holds stiff peaks.
  • Spread onto the pie.
  • Freeze for 4 hours before serving.
  • Add additional crushed Oreos or shaved chocolate over the top before serving.

1 (16 ounce) package mini chocolate sandwich cookies (such as Oreo® Mini)
1 quart vanilla ice cream, softened
1 (6 ounce) chocolate sandwich cookie crumb crust (such as an OREO® crust)
1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed

Steps:

  • Reserve 8 mini sandwich cookies for garnish. Place remaining cookies in a food processor or plastic bag and crush coarsely.
  • Stir crushed cookies into softened ice cream. Put ice cream mixture into cookie crust and place in the freezer until set, about 1 hour.
  • Pipe whipped topping around the edge of the pie and top with the reserved cookies, standing on end. Freeze for 3 to 8 hours before serving.

1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream, softened
1 (10 ounce) jar chocolate fudge topping
1 (12 ounce) container whipped topping

Steps:

  • Mix crushed cookies with melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 12" Pie taker. Spread ice cream over top of cookies. Pour fudge topping in even layer over ice cream. Spread whipped topping over fudge. Garnish with chocolate curls or cookies if desired. Put in freezer for two hours. Serve with a Tupperware server/slicer utensil to prevent damage to PieTaker.

Really easy and very good! The flavor of the whipping cream, vanilla and condensed milk make for great easy ice cream filling! My kids raved about it, my husband too! It only took me about 5 minutes to prepare, then I stuck it in the freezer. Can't get any simpler than that! Cook time is freezing time.

nuts (optional)

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk and vanilla.
  • Fold in whipped cream until blended, then fold in cookies.
  • Pour into pie crust and freeze 6 hours or until firm.
  • Drizzle chocolate syrup and sprinkle nuts over pie.
  • Cut into 8 wedges and serve.

30 cookies chocolate sandwich cookie
7 eggs, separated
1 ½ cups sugar
7 oz baking chocolate
½ cup margarine
2 teaspoons vanilla sugar
8 oz Kineret Whipped Topping
2 tablespoons instant vanilla pudding mix
1 tablespoon coffee, diluted in a drop of boiling water

Steps:

  • For the Crust:
  • Crush sandwich cookies in the food processor until fine crumbs form. Press into the bottom, and up the side of a nine-inch springform pan.
  • Bake at 350'F for 10 minutes and set aside to cool.
  • For the Ice Cream:
  • Beat egg whites and sugar until stiff peaks form. Meanwhile, place chocolate, margarine and vanilla sugar into a double boiler (or the microwave) and stir until melted.
  • Once melted, allow to cool slightly and add the seven yolks, mixing quickly so the yolks shouldn't cook. Mix until well combined.
  • Fold chocolate mixture into the snow and pour over the crust. Freeze.
  • For the Topping:
  • Whip up the dessert topping until soft peaks form.
  • Slowly add coffee and instant vanilla pudding until stiff.
  • Place into a decorating bag with star tip and pipe rosettes on the top of the ice cream pie.
  • Garnish with additional cookies and crumbs.
  • Serve.
