- In a large bowl, combine the cookie crumbs and cream cheese, stirring until evenly mixed. Chill the mixture for about an hour or until it can be rolled into a ball and hold its shape.
- Divide and roll the mixture into golf ball-sized balls. Dip the truffles in the melted white chocolate and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Sprinkle the reserved cookie crumbs on top of the truffles before the chocolate hardens.
- Enjoy!

OREO CREAM CHEESE DESSERT
This is one of the best tasting deserts I've ever had. It's so quick and easy! A family and friend hit ALL THE TIME! At during Halloween, you could decorate with Cool Whip ghosts. For my nieces Birthday party, my sister had a 'garden theme'. She put the servings in individual dishes and hid a gummy worm inside! Was a hit with all of the kids!

- While this is resting, mix cream cheese with ONE 8 oz container of Cool Whip.
- Mix until smooth.

- Refrigerate for 5 minutes.
- Spread remaining 8 oz. container of cool-whip on top of the pudding layer.

- It is not necessary to refrigerate overnight, but it is easier to cut and serve if you do!

Steps:
- Heat oven to 350°. Prepare a cookie sheet by lining with parchment paper or a silpat liner.
- In a large bowl with a handheld mixer, or bowl of a stand mixer, beat together the butter, brown sugar, and sugar until light and fluffy. Add in the eggs and blend until completely combined. Add in the vanilla. Blend again.
- In a separate small bowl combine the flour, pudding mix, baking soda, and salt and stir with a wire whisk to break up any clumps. Add into the creamed mixture and mix until combined. Stir in the Oreos and candy bar chunks with a wooden spoon.
- Roll dough into balls (slightly smaller than the size of a golf ball) and place on the baking sheet. Bake in the oven for 8-10 minutes, or until set. Let cool on cookie sheet for about 10 minutes and then remove to wire rack to cool completely.* Cookies will still be very pale even when cooked. I have never had to bake mine for longer than 9 minutes.
- The cookies do not spread much while baking. You can leave them puffier OR gently press a few additional chopped Oreo pieces and candy bar pieces onto the tops of the cookies. They will gently spread out slightly if you do this.

OREO COOKIES AND CREAM DESSERT
I got this recipe from a friend years ago and it's a MUST at Youth Group events or our church picnics. You can also try vanilla oreos with a chocolate pudding, or use the original cream mix and layer it with fresh berries instead for a lighter version. Use sugar-free pudding and topping and fruit and you have something diabetics...

Steps:
- 1. put cream cheese in the bowl of an electric mixer. Gradually add 1 cup of the milk until smooth, then add the pudding mix and the remaining milk. Beat until smooth. Stir in large container of Cool Whip.
- 2. Place 1 and 1/2 package of Oreo cookies in a gallon zip lock bag, remove most air and seal. With a rolling pin gently tap the cookies until they are crushed into chunky pieces (a cookie is split into 4-5 pieces, for example). Put into a bowl, add the butter and toss until well-coated.
- 3. Starting with the cookie mix, build layers of cookies and cream, ending with cream. This looks great if done in a glass or clear bowl.
- 4. If desired, top with another 8 oz container of Cool Whip and decorate with the remaining half package of whole Oreos, if they're not already eaten!
- 5. THIS DESSERT IS MUCH BETTER WHEN REFRIGERATED FOR 10-12 HOURS BEFORE SERVING.

- Take a large zip-lock bag and place 20 Oreo cookies inside (2 rows of the box, or 2/3 of the box) . Keep remaining row (10 cookies) untouched - we will use them to decorate the top of the dessert. Seal bag shut, place it on counter and using a rolling pin (or a wooden spoon), crush the cookies until they are in chunky crumbs. Some fine crumbs are OK.
- Pour all of the cookie crumbs into a 9×9 baking pan. Melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat and then pour it over Oreo crumbs and mix well with a fork to combine. Once combined, press into the pan with a measuring cup's flat surface (have your kids do that!) to form a resemblance of a crust.
- In a bowl, whisk together the 2 pudding mixes and half and half. We are making it at this point in order for it to have a couple of minutes to set. Place it in the freezer so that the pudding can get set faster.
- Soften cream cheese by microwaving unwrapped cheese block for 20 seconds. Once done, sift in the powdered sugar and whisk together until sugar is well incorporated.

- Vegan Oreo Donuts (Baked) Baked donuts are such a fun thing to make at home. We don’t all have access to a deep fryer, but these are the next best thing!
- Oreo Cookie Balls. Yes, these are pretty much cake balls, only made with Oreos. Could it get any better? Cake balls are usually very moist, full of cake and frosting, and covered in chocolate.
- Chocolate Covered Oreos. It might seem redundant, but have you ever tried a chocolate-covered Oreo? It adds such a silky smooth richness that you’ll crave for days.
- No-Bake Oreo Cheesecake. Sure, graham crackers are great and all, but how about a thick layer of chocolate cookies under your creamy vanilla cheesecake?
- Individual Pudding Dirt Cups. These are the cutest little desserts to put out at BBQs or during Halloween. They’re fun, deliciously gross, and so simple to whip up.
- Slutty Brownies Recipe. These are my favorite – not just because of the name – because they’re just so decadent and sinful! A thick layer of chocolate chip cookie dough, topped with Oreos, AND a thick chocolate brownie on top?
- 3-Ingredient Oreo Ice Cream. Not only does this incredible recipe only require three ingredients, but you won’t even need an ice cream machine! All you’ll need to do is whip up some heavy cream and mix in sweetened condensed milk.
- Oreo S’mores in the Oven. Do you get those s’more cravings when the summer ends, and it’s too cold to start up the fire pit? Yeah, me too! So why not go ahead and make a batch right in the oven?
- Oreo Dirt Cake. It might not sound appetizing, but this is going to be your new go-to! The lovely light filling is made using pudding, cream cheese, powdered sugar, and Cool Whip, making it sweet, smooth, and super light.
- Oreo Cake. When I saw the picture for this, I thought the cream layer might be too much – it’s pretty thick! But when you layer it with the chocolate cake, it ends up being the perfect amount.
