SCREWDRIVER CAKE
This recipe uses cake mix, pudding mix, orange juice, and vodka to make a fun, light cake with a kick.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour Bundt pan.
- In a large bowl, combine cake mix, pudding mix, 3/4 cup orange juice, vodka, oil and eggs. Beat until smooth, and pour into Bundt pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 45 minutes, or until toothpick inserted into middle of cake comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes in pan, then turn out onto wire rack. Glaze with orange glaze.
- Orange glaze: In a medium bowl, mix confectioners sugar with 3 tablespoons orange juice.

- Peel the orange rind into thin, almost transparent, strips.
- Combine with vodka and sugar.
- Let stand for 4 days.
- Strain and serve ice cold.

This Blood Orange Vodka cocktail is low carb and fizzy. Cocktail is made with fresh orange juice, no added sugar, vodka, crushed ice, slices of blood orange and sparkling water.

Steps:
- Slice the blood orange in half. Slice one half in round slices and squeeze the other half.
- Pick a wide cocktail vase. Add 1 slice of blood orange to the bottom. Add the crushed ice on top, then another slice of blood orange.
- Pour vodka on top. Then add the spakling water and the freshly squeezed orange juice.
- Decorate with a slice of blood orange and the rosemary twig, serve right away. Cheers:)
