1 pint vanilla ice cream
1 liter carbonated lemon-lime beverage or 1 liter lemon lime seltzer water
1 lime, for garnish (optional)

Steps:

For each freeze, in a blender combine 3 scoops orange sherbet and 1 scoop vanilla ice cream.
Add 1/4 liter lemon lime soda or lemon lime seltzer and 4 ice cubes to the blender.
Set blender top in place and blend on high setting until frothy and smooth.
Pour into fountain or tall glass and garnish glass rim with a round of lime and a straw. Repeat with remaining ingredients.

4 cups graham cracker crumbs
3/4 cup sugar
1 cup butter, melted
3-1/2 quarts vanilla ice cream, softened
2 cans (12 ounces each) frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed

Steps:

In a bowl, combine cracker crumbs and sugar; stir in butter. Set aside 2 cups for topping. Press remaining crumb mixture into two greased 15x10x1-in. pans. Cover and freeze for at least 10 minutes., In a large bowl, combine ice cream and orange juice concentrate until smooth. Spoon over crusts (pans will be full). Freeze for 10 minutes or until partially firm., Sprinkle with reserved crumb mixture; gently press down. Cover and freeze for up to 2 months. Remove from the freezer 15 minutes before serving.

1 (14 ounce) package chocolate sandwich cookies (such as Oreo®), crushed
½ cup melted butter
½ gallon peppermint ice cream, softened
1 (12 ounce) can evaporated milk
1 cup white sugar
6 tablespoons cocoa powder
2 tablespoons butter
2 (1 ounce) squares unsweetened chocolate
1 (12 ounce) container whipped topping (such as Cool Whip®)
2 cups chopped peanuts
1 (10 ounce) package miniature semisweet chocolate chips

Steps:

Combine chocolate sandwich cookies and melted butter in a large bowl. Press mixture into the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish. Spread softened ice cream over the cookie crust and place in the freezer.
Combine evaporated milk, sugar, cocoa powder, butter, and unsweetened chocolate in a saucepan. Bring to a simmer over medium heat. Continue to cook, stirring frequently, until thickened, 10 to 15 minutes. Remove from the heat and allow to cool.
Spread cooled chocolate sauce over frozen ice cream layer and return to the freezer for 5 to 10 minutes.
Spread whipped topping over chocolate sauce layer and top with peanuts and chocolate chips. Put back in the freezer until frozen, at least 15 minutes.
Allow to soften for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
