The cake you get from this delightfully easy recipe tastes just like the cocktail, thanks to the use of Galliano in the batter and glaze.

Ingredients

1 (18.25 ounce) package yellow cake mix
1 (3.5 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
4 eggs
½ cup vegetable oil
5 fluid ounces Galliano liqueur
2 fluid ounces vodka
½ cup orange juice
1 cup confectioners' sugar

Steps:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour one 10 inch tube pan.
Combine cake mix and pudding mix in a large bowl. Blend in eggs, vegetable oil, 4 ounces Galliano, 1 ounce vodka, and 4 ounces orange juice. Mix batter until smooth and thick and pour into prepared pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Let cake cool in pan for 10 minutes then remove and place on cooling rack. Spoon glaze over cake while it is still warm.
To Make Glaze: Combine the remaining 1 ounce Galliano, 1 ounce vodka, and 1ounce orange juice with the confectioner's sugar and blend until smooth. Spoon glaze over warm cake.

This makes a sinfully, delicious, Bundt or tube cake. Great when you have guests to serve. I have made this since the early 70's!.....all enjoy it, and I hope you will also. Serve with ice cream or just dusted dusted with powdered sugar, orange slices, and an simple orange glaze. And maybe. ORANGE JELLO SHOTS !... LOL

Ingredients

1 box any orange supreme cake mix
1 oz instant vanilla pudding mix
3/4 c orange juice
4 eggs
1/4 c vodka
1/4 c gallino liquor

Steps:

1. Put all ingredients given in a large bowl.Blend all at low speed electric mixer until all are moistened, about 30 seconds.Or 300 vigorous strokes by hand. Scrape bowl and beaters. Beat 2 mikinutes longer at med speed. Pour into a greased and floured 10 inch tube or Bunt pan. Bake in a pre-heated 350 oven. Bake for 45-55 minutes. Until golden and a tester inserted into the center comes out clean. Cool cake in pan on a rack 10 minutes. Then turn out on a wire rack to cool completely. ***Did you know you can use a piece of uncooked spaghetti ..for a tester?

1 box (18 ounce) yellow cake mix
1 box (3 1/2 ounce) instant vanilla pudding
4 large eggs
3/4 c orange juice
1/2 c vegetable oil
2 Tbsp vodka
1/2 c galliano
orange glaze
ORANGE GLAZE
3 Tbsp melted butter, cooled
2 c powdered sugar
4 Tbsp orange juice
1/2 tsp orange extract
1/2 tsp grated orange zest
pinch salt

Steps:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a Bundt pan with bakers joy. Combine all ingredients together and pour into Bundt Pan.
2. Bake for 40 minutes - or until tested with toothpick. The toothpick should have a little cake on it when removed from the cake.
3. Allow cake to cool completely then cover with Orange Glaze.
4. For Orange Glaze, with a whisk, combine all ingredients until smooth and pour over cooled cake.
