1-1/2 cups sliced fresh strawberries
1 cup seedless red grapes, halved
4 medium kiwifruit, peeled and sliced
2 medium mangos, peeled and cubed
2 star fruit, sliced

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, combine the bananas, pears and juices. Add the pineapple, strawberries, grapes, kiwi and mangos; stir gently to combine. Arrange star fruit over top.

  • Stir together orange zest, sugar, and salt. Remove peel and pith from oranges and cut into rounds. Arrange on a platter with pineapple and papaya. Sprinkle with zest mixture. Serve with lime wedges.

1/4 cup slivered almonds, toasted

6 mangos - peeled, seeded, and cubed
6 large plums, pitted and sliced
6 dragon fruit, peeled and cubed
6 ounces lemon juice

  • Set out 8 platters for fruit. Arrange the kiwifruit slices on the outside of the platters. Arrange apple, orange, pineapple, mango, plum, and dragon fruit pieces either by color or personal preference. Place grapefruit slices in the center. Drizzle each platter equally with lemon juice.

1/2 cup sweetened flaked coconut
fresh mint leaves

Steps:

  • Drain pineapple and set aside 1/2 cup of its juice.
  • Chop pineapple into chunks.
  • In a large bowl, add the reserved pineapple juice, honey, lime juice, orange rind, and lime rind; stir to combine.
  • Add the pineapple, oranges, kiwi, and papaya; gently toss to coat.
  • Cover and chill for 8 hours.
