Steps:
- For the first layer, mix together one Funfetti Aqua Blue cake mix, egg, and oil. Press into a foil lined, greased, 9×9″ pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
- Remove the cake mix layer from the oven and put spoonfuls of the marshmallow cream on top. Allow the marshmallow cream to warm and spread out on its own. While waiting, work on the top layer.
- For the top layer, make Fruity Pebble bars. Microwave 1 1/2 tablespoons of butter for 20 seconds in a large bowl, until melted. Add 3 cups of mini marshmallows and stir to coat. Microwave for 45 seconds and stir until smooth. (If the marshmallows aren't completely melted, microwave for an additional 30 seconds.) Mix in 3 cups of Fruity Pebbles. Drop by large spoonfuls over the marshmallow cream layer and carefully spread out evenly. I put my hand in a plastic baggie with a little butter on it and gently spread it out and patted it down.

GOOEY BUTTER BARS
These bars are awesome, good for any occasion. They are very rich, even though you can only eat a few at a time, I've seen people manage to get half the pan down. I don't know if anyone has seen or had these bars but my mom made them for me when I was a kid and I have no idea where she got it from, but they are to good to wonder. Make it exactly as it says or it won't come out right. This is so not hard to make even though it might seem that way just reading it, try it you won't be sorry. Enjoy for any occassion.

- Place the flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, salt, butter, and eggs in a large mixing bowl and beat with an electric mixer on low just until a dough is formed. Line a 9x13 baking dish with foil and spray with nonstick cooking spray or just spray your pan directly with a good coating of cooking spray and leave out the foil part. (The foil makes it easier to remove the bars all at once and get nice clean cuts but it isn't necessary).
- In a large mixing bowl, place cream cheese and beat until smooth and creamy. Add 3 eggs, vanilla, and powdered sugar and beat until well combined and smooth with no lumps. Pour over crust in pan.
- Bake at 350 for about 50 minutes or until the top is golden brown. You'll have to rely on them looking nice and golden rather than the traditional toothpick test as these are supposed to stay a little gooey in the middle. Allow to cool completely before cutting so the top layer can set a bit.
