- Preheat oven to 350°F and spray a casserole (glass baking dish) with nonstick spray.
- Mix veggies, cream soup, and meat in casserole.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 400°. In a large skillet, cook the beef, onion and celery until the meat is no longer pink and the vegetables are tender; drain. Stir in salt and pepper. , Spoon mixture into a greased 3-qt. baking dish. Spread with soup. Top with frozen potatoes. Bake for 40 minutes or until bubbly. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.

TATER TOT HOTDISH
I'm originally from Minnesota, and if Minnesota is famous for one thing, it's hotdish. You might know it better as casserole, or something like that, but in Minnesota, it's hotdish. This is my mom's recipe, the same one that she used to make for me when I was little.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- While the oven is preheating, brown the ground beef (seasoning to taste as you cook) and drain off the grease.
- Spread the beef in the bottom of a 2 to 2 1/2 quart baking dish.
- Drain the liquid off the vegetables and spread them over the meat.
- Using a rubber spatula, spread the cans of soup over the top of the vegetables and meat. Use the soup as is, straight from the can. Do NOT mix it with anything.
- Arrange a layer of tater tots over the top of that.
- Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
- Top with your favorite variety of shredded cheese as you serve.

- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Peel turnips, cut in half lenthwise, then slice each half crosswise into thin slices.
- Arrange alternate layers of turnip and onion in a greased 2 1/2-quart casserole dish.
- Sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper.
- Dissolve bouillon cube in boiling water and pour over vegetables.
- Dot with butter or margarine.
- Cover casserole with foil or lid and bake 1 hour 15 minutes, or until turnips are tender.
