ONE-POT HOT DOG PASTA RECIPE BY TASTY

Steps:

• In a big pot, add the olive oil, the garlic, the onion and mix it well.
• Add the hot dog sausages and mix it well. Add the tomatoes and mix it well.
• Add the seasoning: sugar, salt and pepper. Mix it well.
• Add the heavy milk and mix it.
• Add the raw penne pasta, the water and mix it well.
• Let it cook for 15 minutes, stirring each 5 minutes for the pasta not to stick on the bottom.
• Turn off the heat, add the green onions, mix it and close the pan lid.
• Wait 5 minutes with the pan closed before serving.
• Serve with parmesan cheese to taste.

CREAMY & EASY HOT DOG PASTA

Steps:

• In a saucepan, saute the onion in olive oil until translucent over medium heat. Then, saute the minced garlic for a further minute.
• Add the hot dog pieces and mix them well. Next, add the whole milk and tomato pasta sauce and stir it until incorporated.
• Add the uncooked penne pasta and bouillon cube and mix it well until the liquid covers all the pasta.
• Add the Italian seasoning, salt and pepper to taste.
• Lower the heat to medium-low and let it simmer for about 10 minutes or until the pasta has soaked most of the liquid, stirring every 2 minutes so that the pasta will not stick to the bottom of the pan.
• Turn off the heat, and let it sit for about 5 minutes with the pan closed.
• Serve with parmesan cheese to taste. Alternatively, you can make a cheese sauce by adding the cheese to the pan while simmering.
