OLD BAY® SHRIMP AND PASTA ALFREDO
This recipe came from my Italian family. It is not only delicious but so quick and easy. Measurements really aren't necessary--make it your own. You can't go wrong with too much seasoning or too little. Go easy on the lemon is my only recommendation. Unless you love lemon! Adding Parmesan cheese is really delish and the Alfredo sauce gives it a nice hot and creamy texture.

Steps:
- Heat oil in a large skillet over low heat. Add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute. Add shrimp and sprinkle with seafood seasoning; toss until completely coated. Stir in red pepper flakes and cook until shrimp are bright pink on the outside and the meat is opaque, 10 to 15 minutes.
- Meanwhile, bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook angel hair pasta in the boiling water, stirring occasionally, until tender yet firm to the bite, 4 to 5 minutes. Drain pasta.
- Add pasta to the skillet and toss with shrimp and olive oil to combine. Stir in Alfredo sauce and drizzle with lemon juice.

Steps:
- Melt butter in large skillet on medium heat. Add bell pepper and onion; cook and stir 2 to 3 minutes or until tender.
- Stir in Bloody Mary Mix and water. Bring to boil. Stir in pasta. Cover. Cook on medium heat 8 to 10 minutes or until pasta is tender.
- Stir in heavy cream. Cook 2 to 3 minutes or until thickened. Add shrimp; cook 2 to 3 minutes or until shrimp turn pink. Garnish with chopped parsley. Season with OLD BAY® Seasoning, if desired.

OLD BAY CREAMY SHRIMP PASTA
This delicious creamy pasta and shrimp dish is impressive enough to serve to company, and goes together quickly and easily for a busy weeknight meal. - Cook pasta according to directions on package. During the last minute of cooking add the peas. Drain and reserve 1/4 cup of the cooking liquid.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the shrimp and sprinkle with 1/2 tablespoon of Old Bay. Cook for 3 minutes or until they start to turn pink. Reduce heat to medium-low.
- Stir in the half-and-half, reserved cooking liquid, Parmesan cheese and the rest of the Old Bay. Simmer for 5 minutes or until the sauce begins to thicken. Remove from heat and add the pasta, peas and green onion. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving (this gives the sauce a few more minutes to thicken).
- Serve with extra grated Parmesan cheese.
CREAMY SHRIMP PASTA

Steps:
- Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook spaghetti in the boiling water, stirring occasionally, until tender yet firm to the bite, about 12 minutes.
- While spaghetti is cooking, heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook garlic until soft, but not brown, about 1 minute. Add shrimp and cook until opaque, about 3 minutes. Add wine, reduce heat, and pour in cream. Simmer until sauce starts to thicken, 3 to 5 minutes. Stir in basil and season with salt and pepper.
- Drain spaghetti and spoon creamy shrimp on top. Serve with Parmesan cheese.

CREAMED SPINACH AND TORTELLINI AND WITH OLD BAY SHRIMP RECIPE

- In a saucepan, over medium heat, melt the butter. When the butter is melted, whisk in the flour and cook for about 90 seconds until the flour taste has cooked out. Then, add in the half and half and stir well to combine. It's a good idea to make sure the heat is on high at this point and as soon as it starts to thicken, lower the heat back to medium. Add in all of the other ingredients except the tortellini and stir occasionally to combine well and to prevent from sticking. Once the sauce is thick, toss in the pasta and serve. Toss the shrimp together with the olive oil, salt, and Old Bay. Get a skillet hot and then sauté the shrimp on both sides until they're cooked through. Serve immediately.

- Steam the Shrimp sprinkled with Old Bay (Do not boil them) Vegetable steamer works well.
- set aside and let cool.
- Remove shells from shrimp and cut into 3 pieces for each shrimp.
- Add all other ingrediates and chill for at least 1 hour to let the flavors mix together.
- Serve on Bread or toast.
- Serve on Crackers or Stuff into a fresh tomato or just on a Salad.
