I came across this on the internet while searching for the recipe for the official recipe for the Blue Thong Martini. Word of caution, these are rather sweet for a martini!

1 ounce blue curacao (to taste)
1 ounce tequila
1/2 ounce Midori melon liqueur
1/2 ounce triple sec
fruit, on cocktail stick
ice

Steps:

  • Add ice to shaker.
  • Pour in Curacao, tequila, Midori and triple sec.
  • Shake and strain into chilled martin glass.
  • Garnish with fruit.

1 fluid ounce vodka
1 fluid ounce rum
1/3 fluid ounce Cointreau liqueur
1/3 fluid ounce blue curacao
splash prepared sweet-and-sour mix
splash pineapple juice
ice
orange slice (to garnish)
1/2 lime
sugar, for glass rim

Steps:

  • Rub rim of martini glass with lime and dip rim in sugar to coat;chill glass.
  • Fill cocktail shaker with vodka, rum, Cointreau, Blue Curacao, sweet & sour and pineapple together with ice.
  • Shake and strain into chilled martini glass.
  • Garnish with orange slice.
  • Should be sweet to taste with a deep turquoise color.

3 stuffed green olives

Steps:

  • Fill a mixing glass with ice. Pour in vodka and sweet vermouth. Stir (or shake) and strain into a martini glass. Splash with blue curacao. Garnish with 3 green olives.
