Steps:
- Combine oats & milk. Let stand for 15 minute while preparing rest of ingredients.
- Stir together egg, oil, 1/2 Cup sugar, chocolate chips and 1/2 Cup pecans.
- In a seperate bowl, combine flour, baking powder and salt.
- After 15 minute is up, add oat mixture to egg mixture. Then add flour mixture just until moistened.
- Fill muffin cups 2/3 full.
- Sprinkle muffin tops with rest of brown sugar and pecans.
- Bake at 400 for 20-25 min or until tests done.

- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Line a muffin tin with paper or silicone liners, or lightly spray with cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, combine the flour, oats, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl whisk together the eggs, oil, milk, and mashed bananas.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry and stir until just combined. Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Divide the batter between the muffin cups, they will be quite full.
- Bake for 16-18 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center of a muffin comes out clean.

- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Grease a muffin pan or line with paper muffin liners. Sift together flour, baking powder and cocoa powder, set aside.
- In a large bowl, stir together the rolled oats, sugar and salt. Mix in the sifted ingredients and raisins. Add the milk, egg, and oil, mix until just blended. The batter will be lumpy. Spoon batter into the prepared muffin cups.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean. Remove from muffin cups to cool on a wire rack. Serve warm.
