- Combine the first 6 ingredients in a shallow bowl. In a second shallow bowl, whisk egg and buttermilk. Dip a few pieces of chicken at a time in buttermilk mixture, then in flour mixture; toss to coat., In an deep cast-iron or electric skillet, heat oil to 375°. Fry chicken, a few strips at a time, until chicken is no longer pink and crust is golden brown, 2-3 minutes on each side. Drain on paper towels.

- Beat eggs lightly in a bowl; add hot sauce. Place panko and flour in 2 separate bowls.
- Mix salt, paprika, pepper, thyme, dried basil, and garlic powder into panko.
- Coat chicken strips in flour. Dip into beaten eggs, and then into panko.
- Heat about 2 inches of oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Fry chicken strips in batches, until golden brown and until no longer pink in the center and the juices run clear, about 3 minutes per side.

- In a large resealable plastic bag, combine bread crumbs, almonds, cilantro, and curry powder.
- Place flour in a shallow bowl.
- In another shallow bowl, beat the egg, and milk.
- Dip the chicken strips in flour, then in the egg mixture.
- Then place in the resealable bag in step 1, and shake to coat.
- In a large skillet, cook chicken in oil for 5-6 minutes on each side or until no longer pink, and drain on paper towels.
- In a small bowl, combine the sauce ingredients, and serve with chicken.
