Chicken nuggets are always a hit. When you coat them with honey mustard and chopped peanuts, you're going above and beyond.

Number Of Ingredients 3

1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
3/4 cup GREY POUPON Savory Honey Mustard, divided
1 cup finely chopped PLANTERS Dry Roasted Peanuts

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350ºF. Place chicken in medium bowl. Add 1/2 cup of the mustard; toss to coat.
  • Place peanuts in shallow dish. Add chicken, one piece at a time; turn to evenly coat chicken with the peanuts. Place in single layer on greased baking sheet.
  • Bake 20 to 25 min. or until chicken nuggets are cooked through and golden brown. Serve as dippers with the remaining 1/4 cup mustard.

1 cup all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon seasoned salt
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
2 large eggs
2 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
2 chicken breasts, cut into small pieces
Vegetable oil, for frying
Ketchup, for serving

Steps:

  • In a plastic bag, mix the flour, seasoned salt and some salt and pepper. In a bowl, mix the eggs with 2 tablespoons water. In a separate bowl, add the breadcrumbs.
  • Shake the chicken pieces in the bag to coat. In batches, dip them in the egg wash, then in the breadcrumbs.
  • Heat about 2 inches of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until a few breadcrumbs dropped in the oil start to sizzle immediately. Fry the chicken, in batches if needed, until golden brown and cooked through, a couple minutes per side. Drain on a paper towel and serve with ketchup.

cooking spray
3 skinless, boneless chicken breasts, cut into large chunks
¼ cup ranch dressing
⅔ cup panko bread crumbs
⅔ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Cover a baking sheet with aluminum foil; place a wire cooling rack on top and spray with cooking spray.
  • Put chicken into a gallon-size resealable plastic bag. Add ranch dressing; seal and shake bag to coat chicken evenly.
  • Mix panko, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and parsley together in a bowl; pour into bag with chicken. Seal and shake bag to coat thoroughly. Remove from bag; place on rack in a single layer.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until no longer pink in the center and the juices run clear, about 15 minutes. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read at least 165 degrees F (74 degrees C). Turn broiler on high; broil until crispy, about 1 minute.

1/4 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup sugar
1 egg
1-1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1-1/2 ounces unsweetened chocolate, melted and cooled
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups chopped walnuts or pecans

Steps:

  • In a bowl, cream butter and sugar. Beat in egg and vanilla. Stir in chocolate. Combine the flour, baking powder and salt; gradually add to chocolate mixture. Stir in the nuts. , Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls 2-in. apart onto ungreased baking sheets. Bake at 350° for 10-11 minutes or until edges are firm. Remove to wire racks to cool.

6 tablespoons garlic salt
3 tablespoons ground black pepper
4 eggs, beaten
8 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves - cut into small chunks

Steps:

  • Heat 1 inch oil to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) in a large skillet or saucepan.
  • Stir together the flour, garlic salt, and pepper in a bowl. Dip the chicken pieces individually into the beaten eggs before pressing into the flour mixture to coat; shake off the excess flour. Place the coated chicken pieces onto a plate until all the chicken has been coated.
  • Cook the chicken in batches in the hot oil until golden brown and no longer pink in the center.
