A colourful way to enjoy a keto snack with celery

Steps:
- Trim the cucumber sticks and cut in half
- Thinly slice cucumbers and radishes
- Cut the chives into small one inch pieces.
- Spread the cream cheese into the celery sticks
- Place a cherry tomato at the end of one celery stick
- Cover the rest of the celery stick with the black olives
- Place the cucumber or radish slices inside the celery stick sides for the "wings"
- Poke the chive pieces behind the cherry tomato for the antennae
- Can be chilled before serving.

Steps:
- Cook and shred chicken breasts (or grab a rotisserie) - you'll need about two cups. Slice 4-5 green onions. Wash and chop celery into 3-4 inch pieces.
- Mix together Greek yogurt, light mayo, sliced green onions, red wine vinegar (or other vinegar/lemon juice), garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Add chicken in and mix unil well incorporated. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
- Top celery sticks with chicken mixture and slivered almonds. Garnish with fresh dill if desired.

- Rinse the celery, them trim off the leafy parts, and cut into 10-inch pieces.
- In a medium-sized bowl, combine the drained pineapple, cream cheese, peanut butter, and honey.
- Stir with a rubber spatula until well mixed.
- Stir in the raisins or fruit bits and hot sauce, if desired.
- Using a table knife, fill the groove of each celery stalk with the cheese mixture.
