Number Of Ingredients 6

1/2 C creamy parmesan salad dressing
1/3 C chicken broth
2 tsp Dijon-style mustard
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp white or black pepper
1 chicken, cut into 8 pieces

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees In a large bowl, combine all ingredients, except chicken, mix well. Add chicken pieces and coat well. Place chicken in 9 x 13 baking dish and pour remaining mixture over top. Bake 1 hour, or no longer pink.

  • Place chicken in a 9" x 13" baking dish and pour remaining mixture over top. Bake 1 hour, or until chicken is no longer pink and juices run clear.
