NO-KNEAD, NO-RISE PIZZA DOUGH RECIPE
This quick and easy pizza dough recipe makes a delicious pizza crust and takes just minutes to make. No kneading or rising involved!

Steps:
- Pre-heat oven to 450 degrees.
- In large bowl, stir yeast and sugar in the warm water and let it sit for 5-10 minutes until it looks creamy and frothy.
- Add flour, salt and oil, and stir until well mixed.(Will be loose and messy looking).
- Let it rest for 5 minutes.
- Turn out on to a lightly floured surface and roll or pat into one 12" crust or 4 individual crusts.
- Transfer to a pizza stone or a lightly oiled pizza pan.
- Spread pizza sauce over crust.
- Top with a handful of mozzarella cheese and various other pizza toppings
- Bake at 450 for 15-20 minutes (large pizza) or 10-15 minutes (smaller pizzas).

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 550 degreesIf using a pizza stone make sure to put it in while oven is warming up.
- Mix water, yeast and sugar in a mixing bowl and let sit for 5 minutes.
- Add salt, flour, and spices into a stand mixer with a dough hook and knead until combined. About 3 minutes.If you don't have a stand mixer, this can be done by hand.
- Once kneaded divide dough into two or three equal parts depending on how thick you like your crust.
- Flour a cutting board and using a rolling pin, roll out dough into a circle.
- Brush edges with olive oil and build your pizza.
- Slide pizza onto a pizza stone or baking sheet and bake for 7-8 minutes or until crust is browned.
- Take out pizza and let cool for two minutes before slicing.
EASY NO RISE PIZZA CRUST

- Beat vigorously 20 strokes and let rest 10 minutes.

This is realy easy to make up and use for mini personal pizzas. This is a "kid favorite" so every kid has their own toppings.

Steps:
- Sprinkle the yeast over 1/4 cup of water and stir in 1 tbl of the flour. Once it is puffy, stir into the rest of the water and add the olive oil.
- Add 1 1/2 Cup flour, mix well.
- Knead on flour covered board 4-6 minutes, adding more flour if necessary.
- Cover and let rest 10 minutes.
- Divide dough in half to make two 12 inch rounds or use all of it for one deep dish (9x13).
- Top and bake as recommended for your favorite recipe.
