1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast halves, cut into bite-size pieces
1 medium onion, chopped (1/2 cup)
1 cup baby-cut carrots, cut lengthwise in half
1 cup Frozen Broccoli Cuts (from 1-lb bag)
1 cup uncooked egg noodles (2 oz)
1 3/4 cups Progresso™ chicken broth (from 32-oz carton)
1 can (10 3/4 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup
Chopped fresh parsley, if desired

Steps:

  • In 12-inch nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Cook chicken and onion in oil 6 to 8 minutes, stirring frequently, until browned and onion is just tender.
  • Stir in remaining ingredients except parsley. Heat to boiling; reduce heat. Cover and simmer 10 minutes. Uncover and simmer 5 to 8 minutes longer, stirring occasionally, until noodles are tender. Sprinkle with parsley.

1 (1 ounce) package dry onion soup mix
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 (28 ounce) can whole peeled tomatoes, undrained and chopped
2 cups water
2 cups macaroni
⅓ cup grated Parmesan cheese
½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Steps:

  • In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until no pink shows; drain.
  • Stir in onion soup mix, oregano, tomatoes and water. Bring to boil; stir in macaroni. Simmer covered, stirring occasionally for 20 minutes or until macaroni is tender. Sprinkle in Parmesan cheese and top with Mozzarella cheese.

3 cups mostaccioli, uncooked
1 jar (24 oz.) CLASSICO Tomato and Basil Pasta Sauce
1-1/2 cups KRAFT Shredded Mozzarella Cheese, divided
1/3 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese

Steps:

  • Brown meat in large skillet; drain. Return meat to skillet. Stir in water; bring to boil.
  • Stir in pasta; cover. Simmer on medium-low heat 15 min. or until pasta is tender.
  • Add pasta sauce and 1/2 cup mozzarella; mix lightly. Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan; cover. Cook 3 min. or until mozzarella is melted.

1 package (227 g) sliced mushrooms
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 tsp 1 mL black pepper (optional)
1 can (284 mL) CAMPBELL'S® Condensed No Salt Added Cream of Mushroom Soup
2 cups 500 mL water
2 tsp 10 mL chopped fresh rosemary leaves, or ¾ tsp (4 mL) dried oregano
1 1/2 tsp 8 mL Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp 10 mL each onion powder and wine vinegar
1 package (340 g) curly egg noodles
2 cups 500 mL halved trimmed green beans

Steps:

  • Cook ground beef in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, breaking up with spoon, 6 minutes or until no longer pink. Reduce heat to medium.
  • Add mushrooms, garlic and pepper, if using. Cook, stirring for 5 minutes, or until softened.
  • Stir in soup, water, rosemary, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder and vinegar; cook, stirring until boiling. Add noodles. Cover and simmer, stirring once, for 4 minutes. Add beans; cover and cook, stirring occasionally, about 5 minutes until pasta and beans are tender.

2 tablespoons salted butter
1 yellow onion, diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 pound ground chuck
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
1 tablespoon tomato paste
12 ounces egg noodles
2 1/2 cups beef broth
1 tablespoon grainy mustard
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
A few dashes Worcestershire sauce
1/3 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons heavy cream
2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives

Steps:

  • Heat the butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic and cook for 1 minute. Add the ground chuck and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cook the meat, crumbling as you go, until cooked through, about 5 minutes. Add the tomato paste and cook for about 30 seconds.
  • Add the noodles, broth, 1 cup hot water, the mustard, paprika and Worcestershire sauce. Give a big stir and bring to a simmer. Cover and allow everything to simmer, stirring occasionally and adding up to 1/2 cup more water if necessary, until the pasta is al dente and the sauce has thickened, about 12 minutes. Stir in the sour cream and heavy cream and cook for 1 additional minute or until the pasta is tender.
  • Remove from the heat. Sprinkle over the chives and serve directly from the pan.

1/2 C frozen peas, thawed
6 oz solid light tuna in water, draind
chopped parsley

Steps:

  • Saute the onion, celery in large skillet over medium heat until tender. In a bowl combine the water, curry powder, pepper and soup; mix well and add to the veggies in the skillet. Add the cooked pasta, peas and tuna, stirring well. Cook uncovered over low heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Garnish with parsley.
