- In a large bowl, combine the first four ingredients; set aside. In a large saucepan, bring corn syrup and sugar to a boil. Cook and stir just until sugar is dissolved. , Remove from the heat; stir in peanut butter and vanilla. Pour over cereal mixture; toss to coat evenly. Spread into a greased 15x10x1-in. pan. Cool. Cut into 3-in. squares.

Steps:
- Grease bottom and sides of 9-inch square pan with small amount of butter.
- In 3-quart saucepan, heat sugar, butter, honey and cinnamon to boiling over medium heat, stirring constantly. Boil 1 minute, stirring constantly; remove from heat. Stir in dried fruit. Stir in remaining ingredients.
- Press mixture in pan with back of wooden spoon. Cool completely, about 30 minutes. For bars, cut into 4 rows by 4 rows. Store loosely covered at room temperature.

3 INGREDIENT NO BAKE OATMEAL BARS
Steps:
- Line the bottom of an 8 inch by 8 inch (can also use a 9 x 9) baking pan with parchment paper.
- Add peanut butter and honey into a large bowl. Place into microwave and heat at 30 second intervals, stirring in between, until the two ingredients are melted and smoothly blended together. You can also do this on the stove using the double boiler method.
- Add rolled oats. Stir until evenly combined.
- Spread evenly into prepared pan. Apply some light pressure across the surface. Place bars into fridge to set (at least 1 hour). Cut into bars with a sharp knife. Store uneaten bars at room temperature or in the fridge.

- Add all of the ingredients (except those for the optional topping) to a food processor and process until it becomes one big smoothish ball. It should be a tiny bit tacky but not wet. If it is really wet, it probably means your dates were a little too fresh. You can add a handful more oats and process again and that should help.
- If you want to add any optional add-ins like a handful of nuts or chocolate chips, add them now and pulse a few times to combine.
- Remove from the food processor, being careful of the blade, and press into a lined shallow pan, flattening it down evenly. There is enough mixture to cover the bottom of an average sized loaf pan. If you want enough to fill an 8 x 8 inch pan you will need to double the recipe. Alternatively, you can roll the mixture up into balls.
- Add the chocolate chips and the milk to a small pan and over a low heat, allow the chocolate to melt. Stir to help them combine. Once the chips are melted completely and the chocolate mixture is completely smooth, pour over the no bake bars and shake gently to level. If you made balls, dip them in the chocolate and place them on parchment paper or a Silpat to set.
