A pretty good pizza...on flatbread! (Use Provel cheese, not provolone. A clone for Provel is found in Recipe #382006)

Yield 1 Flatbread, 5 serving(s)

Number Of Ingredients 6

5 pieces flat bread
8 ounces pizza sauce (I use MIDS pizza sauce)
4 ounces Provel cheese (use PROVEL cheese, see Provel Cheese (St. Louis) Pasta, Pizza, Lasagna, Yum)
1/2 lb sweet Italian sausage, browned until no pink appears
20 slices pepperoni
parmesan cheese

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 475 with pizza stone in it.
  • Once preheated place the flatbread in oven for about 3-5 minutes to crisp a bit.
  • Remove them from oven and assemble pizzas with toasted side up.
  • Sauce will go first then pepperoni and sausage and then the provel cheese. The toppings are estimates as you can use the desired amount you like. Provel cheese is my favorite cheese but you can also use your favorite.
  • Place in oven for about 8 minutes or so until the cheese is melted and pizza is ready.
  • Serve and enjoy!

1 can(s) pizza dough
1 jar(s) pizza sauce
1 pkg pepperoni, sliced
1 pkg mozzarella cheese, shredded
oil

Steps:

  • 1. July 5th, 2012 -- Drizzle some oil on the pizza pan and roll out your dough onto the pan.
  • 2. Spoon out your sauce on the dough as much as you want.
  • 3. Next you add cheese.
  • 4. Next you stratigically add your pepperoni around the top of the pizza. Now you are ready to bake it.
  • 5. Here is the delicious pizza you made.
  • 6. Ready to eat with Uncle Tony, your brother Rhyan and Aunt Kim.
  • 7. Feb. 7th, 2015 --- Noah making pizza with Uncle Tony again but is one arm down so he didn't get to spread out the dough this time but still had fun adding the toppings.
  • 8. Feb. 7th, 2015 --- Noah adding your cheese and pepperoni.
  • 9. Feb. 7th, 2015 --- Time to bake your masterpiece!
