Steps:
- Preheat oven to 450°F. Spray your pizza or sheet pan with nonstick cooking spray.
- Whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. Add oil and water and stir until you can't anymore, then work the dough with your hands until it's smooth and forms a ball.
- Place the ball of dough on a floured surface (or on parchment paper) and roll it into desired size (about 9-11-inch circle).
- Place dough on prepared pan. Top as desired with sauce, cheese and toppings.
- Bake for about 10-12 minutes, rotating the pan as needed so it cooks evenly.
- The crust won't get dark golden, but will look slightly golden and no longer doughy, and the cheese will be melted once it's done.
- Serve hot. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.

NO-YEAST PIZZA DOUGH
The remarkable thing about this easy pizza dough is that it contains no yeast -- and no yeast means no waiting. The pizza takes about 20 minutes from start to finish, and comes out fluffy and crisp on the bottom.

Steps:
- Position an oven rack about 8 inches from the broiler element and preheat the broiler.
- Combine the flour, cornmeal, baking powder, sugar, salt and baking soda in a food processor and pulse to combine. With the motor running, add 1/2 cup water and process, scraping down the sides as needed, until the flour is incorporated and the dough comes together to form a ball that is still slightly sticky.
- Lightly flour a work surface and your hands. Form the dough into a neat ball between your hands and put on the work surface. Sprinkle with flour and roll into a 10-inch circle.
- Spread the olive oil in a 12-inch cast-iron skillet to cover the bottom. Put the dough in the skillet and flip so both sides are coated in oil. Top with the desired toppings.
- Put the skillet over high heat and cook for 5 minutes, then transfer to the boiler and cook until the cheese is melted and golden, about 4 minutes.

PIZZA DOUGH (WITH NO YEAST)
I like this recipe because it's simple and uses ingredients I always have on hand. I got it from my dad, I can't say for sure where it originally came from, but maybe from a Betty Crocker cookbook. This dough also works well for making meat pies.

EASY NO YEAST PIZZA DOUGH
I've made this several times and it always turns out good. Make sure you knead the dough for the required 5-7 minutes. I have added dried herbs and onion flakes right into the dough as well.

Steps:
- Preheat your oven to 400'F.
- Place the flour, baking powder and the salt into a bowl. Make a well in the center and add the water and oil.
- Combine by gradually incorporating the flour into the olive oil and water. You may want to add a little more water if necessary.
- Transfer the dough to a floured board and knead it at least for 5-7 minutes.
- Let the dough rest in an air tight plastic bag while you prepare the toppings for your pizza.
- Once the toppings are made, set them aside and take the dough out of the plastic bag.
- Put a tiny bit of oil in the center of your pizza pan and with your hands and finger tips spread the dough to cover the pan. I use a 12 inch pizza pan. You could probably stretch it to 15 inches, but it would be a thinner crust.
- Place your pizza sauce on the dough and then cover with your favorite toppings.
- Pop it into the preheated oven. Check it after about 20 minutes to see how the crust is browning. Some ovens are hotter then others, so this is a good habit to get into.
- Bon Appetit!
- P.S.: If you change the ingredients in this recipe I can't guarantee it's going to turn out the way mine did. But, hey, experiment with it. Thanks for choosing my recipe!
