24 strawberries
1 cup sugar free chocolate baking chips
pink or red food coloring (optional)

Steps:

  • Wash strawberries and pat with a paper towel to dry completely.
  • Melt keto friendly chocolate chips in a microwave safe container at 30 second intervals, stirring in between, until melted.
  • Add food coloring to melted white chocolate to make a pink chocolate if desired.
  • Holding the stem of each strawberry, dip into melted chocolate until all sides are covered in chocolate. Place on a parchment or wax paper lined tray to hardened.

1/2 Cup (70g) Sugar-Free Chocolate
1 Tbsp Coconut Oil
12 Medium (180g) Strawberries

Steps:

  • Prepare all of your ingredients. It is good to chop chocolate bars into smaller pieces as they will definitely melt much faster.
  • For the chocolate ganache prepare a double boiler.
  • As you see in the images or the video attached above, melt crushed chocolate first.
  • Once the chocolate is melted halfway, add a coconut oil steering regularly. Let it melt, until both of the ingredients combine.
  • Once everything is fully melted and combined, place aside and let the chocolate sauce cool down to room temperature mixing it regularly.
  • Once your melted chocolate has cooled down, you can prepare everything for strawberry dipping. Try to pick a tall glass which is not so wide.
  • Once you're ready to dip your strawberries, take them out of the refrigerator, and using a kitchen towel make sure they're dry all around.
  • Gently dip the strawberry three-quarter way into the chocolate and slowly take it out of the glass.
  • Let the remaining chocolate drip back into the glass jar and place the strawberry to harden either on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper or if you have used barbecue wooden sticks into the tall glass or a vase.
  • If you're planning to use additional toppings or decorations, sprinkle that immediately after dipping the strawberries as that is the time when the chocolate is not yet fully hardened and all of the additional toppings will stick onto the chocolate and hardens together.

50 strawberries, washed, trimmed, and frozen

Steps:

  • Cover serving tray in wax paper and place in freezer at least 30 minutes before preparation.
  • Pour sugar free chocolate syrup into shallow bowl.
  • Dip trimmed, washed, and frozen strawberries into sugar free chocolate syrup and place on chilled serving tray, spacing about 1/2 inch apart.
  • Allow to chocolate to harden [about 30 minutes] and serve immediately.
  • NOTE: This looks really pretty if you take some of the [washed] green strawberry leaves as garnish. Just lay them on the [already frozen] tray, and position a [chocolate-dipped] strawberry atop the leaf.

2 tablespoons coconut oil
14 strawberries
Optional: 1/4 cup shredded unsweetened coconut (or chopped nuts, or mini chocolate chips)

Steps:

  • Gather the ingredients.
  • In a small bowl melt the coconut oil and chocolate chips in the microwave or in a saucepan over low simmering water until melted.
  • Stir until completely smooth.
  • Wash and dry the strawberries but leave their stems on for easier grabbing or use a skewer.
  • One at a time use a skewer in the center of one strawberry and dip in the chocolate and twirl around to coat.
  • Lay them on a parchment paper lined or wax paper lined baking sheet.
  • Coat all strawberries a second time.
