No Bake Snickers Cheesecake Pie image

No bake Snickers Cheesecake Pie with a snickers cheesecake filling and topped with freshly whipped cream and chunks of snickers candy bar.

1 (6 oz) 'ready crust' graham cracker crust ((store-bought))
1 cup heavy whipping cream
8 oz cream cheese (softened)
1/3 cup granulated sugar
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
1½ cups chopped Snickers
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
2 tablespoons powdered sugar
additional chopped Snickers

Steps:

  • In medium mixing bowl beat cream cheese until fluffy {to avoid lumps make sure cream cheese is really soft or place in microwave for 20 seconds}.
  • Add in vanilla extract and granulated sugar. Beat until combined.
  • In separate bowl, beat the heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form. This will take several minutes.
  • Add the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture and gently mix together. Fold in the chopped Snickers and combine.
  • Spread into the pie crust and smooth the top. Refrigerate for 8 hours, or overnight, before serving. Can be made up to 2-3 days in advance and kept in fridge until ready.
  • Optional garnishes: Beat 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream + powdered sugar and beat until stiff peaks form. Pipe or spread onto pie and garnish with additional chopped Snickers.

1 chocolate graham wafer pie crust
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
1 (12 ounce) jar caramel topping
1 medium Cool Whip
1 Snickers candy bars, frozen

Steps:

  • Mix cream cheese and caramel spread together.
  • Add cool whip and beat until blended.
  • Spoon into crust.
  • Put Snickers Bars in a zip lock back and break into small-small pieces.
  • Sprinkle the Snickers on top of the pie.
  • Refrigerate until set (2 hours or more).
  • ENJOY!

12 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips (divided)
11 ounces butterscotch chips (divided)
1 cup creamy peanut butter (divided)
3 cups Cocoa Pebbles (divided)
¼ cup unsalted butter
1 cup granulated sugar
¼ cup evaporated milk
7 ounces marshmallow creme
¼ cup creamy peanut butter
1 ½ cups roasted (lightly salted peanuts, coarsely chopped)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
11 ounces bag KRAFT caramels or caramel bits
¼ cup evaporated milk

Steps:

  • Spray a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray and line with parchment paper. Set aside.
  • Combine half of the chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, and peanut butter in a large microwave safe container. Microwave on high heat in 30 second intervals, stirring in between, until the chips are fully melted and the mixture in smooth.
  • Stir in Cocoa Pebbles until fully coated. Pour mixture into prepared baking dish.
  • Refrigerate until firm, about 15 minutes.
  • In a small saucepan, combine butter, sugar, and evaporated milk over medium heat, stirring until butter is completely melted and the sugar is dissolved.
  • Bring mixture to a boil and cook for an additional 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Remove from heat.
  • Stir in marshmallow creme until completely combined. Stir in peanut butter and vanilla extract until combined. Fold in peanuts.
  • Pour the nougat layer over the chilled chocolate bottom layer. Refrigerate until firm, about 15 minutes.
  • Combine unwrapped caramels and evaporated milk in a microwave-safe container and heat on high for 1 minute. Stir and heat on high in 30 second intervals until caramel is completely melted.
  • Spread caramel over the top of the chilled nougat layer. Refrigerate until firm, about 15 minutes.
  • Repeat the bottom layer. Combine remaining half of the chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, and peanut butter in a large microwave safe container. Microwave on high heat in 30 second intervals, stirring in between, until the chips are fully melted and the mixture is. smooth.
  • Stir in Cocoa Pebbles until fully coated. Pour mixture on top of the chilled caramel layer.
  • Refrigerate until firm, about 30 minutes.
  • Bars should be refrigerated until ready to eat. Cut and serve.

1 pkg cream cheese
1 jar(s) caramel ice cream topping (12oz)
1 medium cool whip, not frozen
10 pkg snickers candy bars, chopped into big chunks (i used the little ones)

Steps:

  • 1. CREAM THE CREAM CHEESE, THEN ADD THE CARAMEL. MIX WELL.
  • 2. STIR IN THE COOL WHIP. FOLD IN ALMOST ALL THE CHOPPED SNICKERS. POUR INTO THE PIE CRUST, SPRINKLE WITH THE LEFT OVER SNICKERS.
  • 3. REFRIGERATE 4 HOURS OR OVER NIGHT. ENJOY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :)
