NO BAKE BUTTERSCOTCH MARSHMALLOW BARS
A simple no bake recipe for butterscotch marshmallow bars with coconut and walnuts! This is a classic holiday no bake treat!

Steps:
- In a large pot over medium-low heat, combine the butter, peanut butter, and butterscotch chips. Stir frequently until the mixture is completely melted.
- Remove from the heat and stir in coconut, walnuts, and marshmallows. Pour the mixture into an ungreased 9x13 inch pan and spread to even it out.
- Put the pan in the refrigerate to set, then cut into bars.

- Put margarine, evaporated milk, and sugar in a pot.
- Heat and stir until boiling.
- Boil 1 minute, stirring constantly.
- Remove from heat.

- Drop onto greased cookie sheets.
- Chill until firm.

- In a large mixing bowl, beat together butter, sugars, eggs and vanilla. In a seperate bowl, combine flour, baking soda and salt---gradually beat into beaten mixture and combine well. Stir in coconut and butterscotch chips.
- Drp by tablespoonfuls on to ungreased cookie sheets. Bake at 375 for 9-11 minutes.
