- Add the yogurt, honey and strawberries to your Vitamix blender (in that order).
- Turn the blender on high and use the tamper to push the frozen strawberries into the blades. In 30 seconds you'll have frozen yogurt.
- Scoop out the frozen yogurt and serve immediately or transfer to a storage container and freeze.

- In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients. Fill cylinder of ice cream freezer two-thirds full; freeze according to manufacturer's directions. (Refrigerate any remaining mixture until ready to freeze.) Transfer ice cream to freezer containers, allowing headspace for expansion. Freeze 2-4 hours or until firm. Repeat with any remaining ice cream mixture, Remove from the freezer 30-45 minutes before serving.

- Fill a 16 cube ice cube tray with 2 c of the vanilla yogurt. Freeze for at least 3 hours, or until frozen solid.
- Place yogurt cubes, frozen strawberries, sugar and the remaining 1/2 c of vanilla yogurt in the Master Prep Pitcher. Secure the top and pulse for 10-20 seconds, until smooth and creamy.
- Serve garnished with a fresh strawberry or whipped cream. If yogurt softens or you prefer a thicker texture, place the finished frozen yogurt in freezer for 20 minutes to harden before serving.
