BROILING STEAK IN THE NINJA FOODI

Steps:
- Season steaks and let sit on kitchen counter for 30 minutes to bring closer to room temperature.
- Preheat Ninja Foodi with broiling/steaming rack set in highest position by using the broil feature for 5 minutes.
- Carefully place steaks on the racks (they should sizzle) and broil for 5-7 minutes depending on how you like your steak (see notes).
- Flip steaks and broil for another 5-7 minutes.
- Remove steaks from the Ninja Foodi and allow to rest on a cutting board for 5 minutes before cutting into the steak.
NINJA FOODI MARINATED JUICY AIR FRIED RIBEYE STEAK

- Make the steak marinade in advance and get your streak marinating in the refrigerator before cooking
- Let your meat get to room temperature.
- Preheat your Foodi, Air Crisp at 400 degrees.
- Place meat on top of your trivet or your crisper basket
- Close the crisper lid and Air Crisp at 400 degrees for 4-6 min per side depending on thickness.
- Finish off last minute after adding a large dab of garlic butter, Air crisp until you get a nice sizzly finish.
- Remove meat once it gets to your desired internal temperature.
- Allow meat to rest 5 minutes before cutting and serving.

- Combine all of the ingredients (aside from the halibut) into a mixing bowl and mix with a fork until well combined.
- Place the halibut fillets into the marinade and spoon the marinade over the tops of the fillets to ensure the fillets are fully coated in the sauce.
- Once the grill has reached temperature, place the fillets onto the grill.
- Pour over a spoonful of the marinade onto each of the fillets, close the grill and leave to cook for 10-12 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 65degrees c.
- Serve immediately!

- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours. The longer the beef is in the marinade, the better. You really want the flavors to soak into the beef. The marinade helps to tenderize the beef as well.
