NINJA FOODI RIBS

- Combine water, vinegar and soy sauce in inner pot of a large multi-cooker. Rub ribs with seasoning; add to inner pot. Lock pressure lid. Press pressure function; select ribs setting. Set to medium cook time (30 minutes). Start. , Let pressure release naturally for 10 minutes; quick-release any remaining pressure. Remove ribs to a tray; brush with 1/4 cup barbecue sauce. Discard cooking liquid. Wipe inner pot clean. , Place wire rack into inner pot. Arrange ribs in a single layer on rack. Cover with air frying lid. Press air fry function; select custom setting. Press timer; set to 10 minutes. Start. Cook in batches until lightly glazed. Brush with remaining 1/4 cup sauce.

- Add marinade ingredients into a bowl and mix with a spoon. If it is not thick enough for a sticky marinade add a little extra honey. You want it so that it is thick when placed on a spoon.
- Add a cup of water into your cooking pot. Then place the trivet upside down in the cooking pot and add the ribs.
- Place the lid on the Ninja Foodi, set the valve to sealing and pressure cook for 25 minutes. When it beeps complete 5 minutes of natural pressure release before manually releasing pressure.

- Remove membrane from ribs (instructions above in post) for very tender ribs. Then place inside your Ninja Foodi with the meat side facing the sides of the pot, wrapped around. See photo above in post.
- Pour bottle of barbecue sauce on ribs and into pot. Then add apple cider. Make sure ribs have bbq sauce on them, can spoon over.
- Turn pot on, then press pressure button. Set to high for 30 minutes (timing is good for 3-4 lbs of ribs to completely fall off the bone). Allow to naturally release steam for 5 minutes at end, then release remaining steam.
