THE BEST CLASSIC MEATLOAF IN NINJA FOODI
I put a spin on the traditional meat loaf recipe. Using the onion soup mix packet makes this so easy. It gives it an amazing flavor too. One my entire family enjoys, and we all know that can be rare!

Steps:
- First mix all ingredients beside the sauce ingredients in a bowl.
- Then form the meat into a nice oval shape.
- Add 1 1/2 cups of water to the pot.
- You will be using your air fryer basket to cook the meat in. This will allow the grease to drip down.
- Add your shaped meat to the basket and place inside you Ninja Foodi.
- Grab your pressure cooking lid and make sure your knob is on the seal side. You don't want my major mishap with chicken in the Foodi.
- Hit the Pressure button time for 25 minutes.
- Once the time is up let the Ninja Foodi naturally release pressure for 10-15 minutes. Then release steam.
- Remove your air fryer basket and dump out liquid and grease from pot.
- Place back inside the ninja foodi with the air fryer basket.
- Add your topping to the loaf. Some people use barbeque sauce as well.
- Close the Air Crisp lid and set to Air crisp.
- Set the time for 10 minutes at 390°.
- I sprinked green onions on top after and sliced it up.

Steps:
- In a large bowl, combine all ingredients for the meatloaf.
- Spray a sheet of foil with non-stick cooking spray, shape the meatloaf and place on the foil.
- Set aside and wash hands, then cut the potatoes into quarters.
- Place the potatoes in the bottom of the Ninja Foodi with 1 Cup of water.
- Place the rack inside the foodi where it extends up to the top of the pot.
- Place the meatloaf on the rack.
- Set to pressure cook on high for 25 minutes.
- While this is cooking, prepare the sauce by combining all ingredients in a small saucepan on medium heat.
- Whisk it until the sugar has dissolved and set aside.
- Quick-release the pressure.
- Carefully remove the rack with the meatloaf on it and set aside.
- Carefully remove the pot and pour the potatoes into a large bowl.
- Add the rack back into the foodi; however, this time place the rack where it's low in the pot.
- This can be done by simply changing the handles on the side, flip them the other way.
- Pour the corn onto a sheet of foil with the sides up.
- Add the butter on top of the corn.
- Place the meatloaf and corn on the rack in the foodi. (Note - this fits if you do 2 pounds or less of ground beef. I have found if I do any more than this it will not fit as well next to it. If that happens, I go ahead and microwave the corn or put the corn in at the end when I take the meatloaf out.)
- Coat the meatloaf with the sauce.
- Place the foodi on broil for 5 minutes at 450 degrees.
- Open and stir up the corn.
- Broil an additional 5 minutes.
- While this is broiling, mash the potatoes with a hand masher and stir in the remaining ingredients.
- Add additional salt to taste if needed.
- Remove the meatloaf and corn.
- Serve!

- Mix the Worcestershire sauce and ketchup and set aside. If you want it a little less tangy add a little more ketchup. Play with the ratio of each ingredient to get the flavor your family will like.
- In a large bowl mix the meat, eggs, milk, sauce sauce and dried ingredients. It is important to mix this well without over mixing. If you over mix then the meatloaf will be gummy.
- Once the meat is mixed, using a Ninja Foodi Cake Pan place a little over half the meat mixture in the bottom of the pan. Make a lip around the edge as you want to place the cheeses in the depression in the middle and not have it leak out.
