NESTLE'S QUIK CHOCOLATE PIE
I was not crazy about chocolate pie until my mother's friend made one for our family. It was so delicious that my brother and I argued over the last piece.

Steps:
- 1. Add together the sugar, cornstarch, and Nestle Quik.
- 2. Stir in one and half cups of milk.
- 3. Beat the egg yolks together and stir in the other half cup of milk.
- 4. Add to sugar mixture.
- 5. Cook until thickened in a double boiler; stirring constantly.
- 6. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla and margarine. Cool slightly. Pour into baked pie crust.
- 7. Beat egg whites with 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar until stiff.
- 8. Add 3 tablespoons sugar, a little at a time, while continuing to beat the egg whites.
- 9. Spread the meringue over the pie filling and bake in a preheated 350 degree oven until brown.
NESQUIK CHOCOLATE CAKE

- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix together flour, sugar, Nesquik, and salt. Stir the baking soda into the milk. Mix the eggs, baking soda/milk mixture, and the vanilla extract into the flour/Nesquik mixture.
- Grease & flour a 9x13 baking pan or casserole dish (or spray with Bakers Joy). Pour in the cake batter & cook at 350 for 30 minutes.
- A few minutes before the cake is to come out of the oven, mix together the topping ingredients with a whisk. Pour over the hot cake once it comes out of the oven. Allow to cool.

- In a medium saucepan whisk together evaporated milk and egg yolks.
- Heat over medium low heat, stirring constantly. Do not boil and heat until mixture is hot and thickens slightly.

- Process 20 seconds or until chocolate is melted and smooth.
