Here's what you need: graham cracker crumbs, butter, powdered sugar, peanut butter, semi-sweet chocolate chips

1 cup graham cracker crumbs, about 8 sheets
½ cup butter, melted
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup peanut butter, plus an additional 2 Tbsp.
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Steps:

  • In a bowl, combine the graham cracker, sugar, and butter. Stir. Add in 1 cup (240g) of peanut butter and mix until combined.
  • Line a 9x9 (22x22 cm) or 8x8 (20x20 cm) pan with foil.
  • Spread on the peanut butter mixture.
  • Melt the chocolate chips with the 2 Tbsp. of peanut butter, and spread on top of the graham cracker mixture.
  • Refrigerate for 3 hours.
  • Remove from pan, cut, and serve.
  • Enjoy!

1 (12 ounce) package NESTLE® TOLL HOUSE® Semi-Sweet Chocolate Mini Morsels, divided

Steps:

  • Grease 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
  • Beat 1 1/4 cups peanut butter and butter in large mixer bowl until creamy. Gradually beat in 1 cup powdered sugar. With hands or wooden spoon, work in remaining powdered sugar, graham cracker crumbs and 1/2 cup morsels. Press evenly into prepared baking pan. Smooth top with spatula.
  • Melt remaining peanut butter and remaining morsels in medium, heavy-duty saucepan over lowest possible heat, stirring constantly, until smooth. Spread over graham cracker crust in pan. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour or until chocolate is firm; cut into bars. Store in refrigerator.

3 cups crispy rice cereal
1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
1 cup peanut butter (can substitute any nut or seed butter)
1/2 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup coconut oil (can sub for grass fed butter)

Steps:

  • Line an 8 x 8-inch baking dish or deep baking tray of choice with parchment paper and set aside.
  • Add crispy rice cereal into a large mixing bowl and set aside. In a microwave safe bowl or stovetop, combine all your other ingredients and heat until melted. Remove from microwave/off stove and whisk until completely incorporated.
  • Pour the chocolate/peanut butter mixture over the crispy rice cereal and mix until combined. Pour into the lined baking dish and refrigerate until firm (at least an hour).
  • Remove and cut into bars.

Steps:
