Nectarine Pickles image

Chop to make a relish, wrap with thinly sliced smoked ham, or just pop'em in your mouth and enjoy!

Number Of Ingredients 6

Ingredients

1/2 cup(s) white wine vinegar
3/4 cup(s) sugar
1 - cinnamon stick
1/4 teaspoon(s) chinese five spice powder
1/4 teaspoon(s) salt
1 pound(s) nectarines, sliced into wedges

Steps:

Bring all except nectarines to a boil in a medium saucepan.
Place nectarines in heatproof container and pour in hot mixture.
Let cool, cover and refrigerate.
