This gave me my strength back after being ill

Number Of Ingredients 9

2 skinless chicken breasts ( cubed)
2 large potatoes ( peeled and cubed )
2 Carrots ( peeled and sliced
1 large onion ( thickly sliced )
1 red pepper ( sliced )
1 stick of celery ( sliced )
1 tsp low salt
1tsp black pepper
2 cups of chicken stock

Steps:

  • Put all engredients into a large casserole dish
  • add herbs of your choice ( I use oregano )
  • I also add a dash of worcester sauce for extra spicy kick.
  • Cover with lid and cook at 180c for 90 mins. or until chicken is well cooked and vedgetables are tender. Serves 4.
