NANA'S BARBEQUE SAUCE
This is a delicious and easy barbeque sauce that has been in my family for years. It is terrific on ribs and chicken.

Steps:
- Combine ketchup, vinegar, sugar, onion, and lemon juice in a small saucepan. Season with Worcestershire sauce, black pepper, allspice, celery salt, and mustard powder. Simmer over medium low heat for 5 minutes.

NANA'S BARBECUE SAUCE
For some strange reason, the only time we had this sauce was to use as a gravy for leg of lamb. It was yummy on the mashed potatoes, too. To this day, this is the only way I make leg of lamb. I have also found it to be really good for a barbecued beef sandwich.

NANAS LOOSE MEAT SANDWICH
I always wanted to try the loose meat sandwich from the Roseane series, It looked so messy and good. So I came up with this easy homemade version.

- 1. Brown beef with chopped onion drain. Add remaining ingredients stir and simmer for 5-10 min. Serve on 6 hamburger buns, optional add slice cheese.

NANA'S BEST SPAGHETTI SAUCE
This sauce is my nana's version and the best I have ever tasted! I get quite a few requests to make it from friends and family.

Steps:
- Brown onion and green pepper in a large skillet in a small amount of oil.
- Add ground beef to the onion and green peppers; cook until brown.
- Carefully drain the hamburger mixture and return to the skillet.
- Add the tomato sauce, onion salt, salt, garlic salt, oregano, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, Heinz 57 and Italian seasoning.
- Stir well and simmer on low heat for 2-3 hours.
- Serve over your favorite pasta with garlic bread and a salad.
