Steps:
- 1. After boiling the potatoes and eggs allow them to cook. Dice the potatoes with the skins on. Peel and dice the eggs. Place in a large mixing bowl.
- 2. Add the finely chopped onions to the bowl and mix.
- 3. Add the remaining ingredients.
- 4. Mix well. Put in the fridge covered for an hour or more.
- 5. Before serving, pour into large serving dish. Smooth top. Add parsley and paprika to decorate. Then serve.

- Place all above ingredients in large bowl(not oil).Mix well with clean hands,when done mixing wash hands.In large skillet pour in oil heat on medium heat.Make golf sized balls place one by one into heated skillet.When a golden brown put one by one in your sauce.Cook in sauce a hour or two

- In electric blender add all the ingredients above,except the coconut.Cover with lid blend on medium for 3 minutes.Pour into greased 9 inch pie pan sprinkle all the coconut on top, bake for one hour on 350,,,,,,,,,,,,,Serve cold

Steps:
- In small bowl mix the corn bread mix according to directions+1/2 cup water.Heat oven too 400.Grease a rectangular baking pan pour in the mixture bake till done.In small sauce pan add 1 cup water add 2 beef cubes bring to a boil mix let stand till dissolved.In large skillet put in the butter melt add the chopped onion when gold stir in the beef and rest of seasonings.When beff is cooked add the flour little by little keep stiring well add the beef stock mix well.It will look like beef in gravy.Take the cornbread out of oven.Pour the meat mixture on top spread all over the cornbread.When done pour the vegtable on top of meat,pour the mashed potato's spread over the vegtable's when done sprinkle the cheese all over the top.Bake at 350 60 minutes.This serves anywhere from 1-6 depends on eaters.

- 1. Over medium heat, in sauce pan saute garlic cloves in olive oil till golden brown.Add Puree,water and clams stir well.Add the rest of the ingredients stir.Simmer for one -two hours.You can make a white sauce by omitting the puree and using a cup of water.DONT DRAIN CLAMs.

- 1. Put all the above ingredients in Punch bowl mix well.Pour Meyers rum all over the top you could add Marishino cherries too float on top.You could use a larger can of crushed pineapple if you like or even less liquer.You also can use carbinated soda or not use any soda if desired.
