1 Package Ore-Ida® Golden Crinkles®
6 Tablespoons Bacon, crumbled
1 Cup Cheddar Cheese Shredded
½ Cup Sour Cream
½ Cup Guacamole
¼ Cup Tomatoes, diced
2 Tablespoons Green Onion, sliced

Steps:

  • 1.Cook Fries according to package instructions.
  • 2.To serve, arrange Fries on serving plate. Sprinkle with bacon and cheese. Top with sour cream and guacamole, and sprinkle with tomatoes and green onions.

1 1/4 cups frozen waffle fries (from a 20-ounce bag)
1/2 cup prepared chili, no beans
1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1/4 cup salsa
6 cherry tomatoes, sliced in half
2 tablespoons sour cream
1/4 cup guacamole
Pickled jalapeños, optional
1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves

Steps:

  • Bake the waffles fries to golden brown according to the package instructions.
  • Meanwhile, heat the chili in a medium saucepot over medium-low heat.
  • Place the fries on a serving platter or in a large shallow bowl. Top with the chili, cheese, salsa, tomatoes, sour cream and guacamole. Garnish with the pickled jalapeños, if using, and the cilantro leaves. Serve warm.

  • Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Spray a baking sheet with non stick spray. Toss fries with seasoning salt and lay fries in a flat layer on baking sheet with as much space around each one as possible.
  • Meanwhile, cook the ground beef and onion (add the peppers as well if you prefer them tender) on the stove top over medium-high heat until browned. Stir in taco seasoning and set aside.
  • When fries are crispy, top with some of the cheese, then beef mixture, and red peppers. Bake until cheese is melted, about 5 minutes.
