This is a family Fav! Kids love it as well as adults very fun recipe. Great for any day and awesome for Superbowl parties, or husbands game day!! I have fed this to people who hate cream of mushroom and they loved it no questions asked.

Ingredients

2 lbs ground beef
5 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
2 (10 ounce) cans Campbell's Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 cup milk (soup can)
1 (10 ounce) can Rotel tomatoes & chilies
taco seasoning
1 (18 ounce) bag of nacho Doritos (family size)
chopped onion (optional)
12 ounces daisy sour cream

Steps:

Brown ground beef with taco seasonings, drain.
Mix all soups, milk, and sour cream with Ro-Tel in a bowl. Crush some of the chips slightly.
I use the turkey cooker throw away pan from walmart the large one -- makes easy clean up.
This is a layering effect --.
First I use a spoon full or so, just to line the bottom of the pan. Next pour in half of the chips,half meat, half soup, and then half cheese. Repeat. Be sure to spread evenly.
Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Top with cheese and bake for 5 minutes. I like to use a little extra cheese sometimes. A sure-fire crowd pleaser! Enjoy.

Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F ( 190 degrees C ) and coat a 1.5 – 2 qt casserole dish or a 9 x 13 baking pan with non-stick cooking spray.
Brown the lean ground beef and drain off any excess fat, then add the taco seasoning mix and 1/4 cup of water. Allow the ground beef to cook at a low simmer for 5-10 minutes, until thickened.
Add the Nacho Cheese Doritos as the base layer in the casserole dish ( I usually crush them a bit in the bag ). Then cover the crushed chips with the seasoned, cooked lean ground beef mixture.
Add both cans of the sweet cream style corn and optional black beans and/or fire roasted tomatoes, then top off with shredded cheddar cheese. Add optional diced tomato chunks, sliced olives, or sliced green onions on top of the cheese ( if desired ).

Stir in the taco mix, diced tomatoes and cheese soup and bring to a simmer. Remove from heat and stir in the sour cream.
In a 9x13 inch casserole dish, layer ⅓ of the Doritos, then ½ of the ground beef mixture, and 1 cup of cheese. Repeat the layer, ending with the remaining ⅓ of crushed Doritos.
Cover with foil and bake at 350F for 30 minutes. Uncover and continue cooking until the cheese is bubbly and the edges of the Doritos have started to brown, about 10 minutes.
