Steps:
- Add the yeast, sugar, and water to your stand mixer bowl and stir everything together. Allow the mixture to sit for 7-10 minutes until it starts to bubble and create foam. This is that amazing little yeast packet going to work!
- Place the dough hook on your stand mixer and add the salt and olive oil. Turn the mixer on low speed and begin to mix. Add the flour, one cup at a time, and mix on low until everything is fully incorporated.
- Once everything is combined, increase the speed to low-medium speed for about 2 minutes. Then increase the speed one more time to medium and allow the dough hook to knead the dough for another 3 minutes. Everything should come together on the hook and make a perfect dough ball. If this doesn't happen, scrape the side of the bowl. You can decide if the dough needs a little more flour or water but add a teaspoon at a time so you don't overcompensate. Note: Every stand mixer is different so follow the instruction manual for your model.
- Remove the dough from the hook and place it on a lightly floured surface. Form into a ball with a few hand kneads. Place your dough ball into a large bowl that has been coated with olive oil (or non-stick spray). Cover with plastic wrap that has also been sprayed on the inside and let the dough rest and rise for at least an hour.
- After the dough has rested and doubled in size (just eyeball it), put the dough on a floured surface, and stretch and roll your dough into your desired shape.
- For the pizza, cook it however you like! I use a pizza stone or a baking sheet and preheat it in my oven at 450°F. This will make your crust nice and crunchy on the outside and bottom. A small 8" pizza will take about 8-10 minutes to bake and a larger 12-14" pizza will take about 14-16 minutes to bake. Enjoy!

Steps:
- *If baking immediately, preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Lightly grease a perforated pizza pan.
- In a medium bowl, stir together 1 cup of flour, yeast, salt, sugar, oregano and garlic.
- Add water and oil and stir until combined -- it will be a very wet dough.
- Add just enough of the remaining flour so that a soft but not sticky dough forms. Add the flour gradually and knead briefly until combined so that you can feel when it is ready -- it will still be soft (not feel firm or tough) but won't stick to your hands. To knead, simply press the flour into the dough, fold the dough and press, fold and press.
- Set covered in a warm, draft-free place to rise or bake immediately for thin crust pizza.
- To bake: roll dough out to fit a 12-15" pizza pan. Place dough circle on pan and stretch with your hands to reach the edges. Top with sauce, cheese and toppings.
- Bake at 425 degrees F for 12-15 minutes until desired crispness is reached. Broil for 1-2 minutes to brown the cheese if desired.

SUPER FAST AND EASY PIZZA DOUGH/ CRUST
A recipe from Fleischmann's. Always good. You can substitute 1 cup of whole wheat flour for one cup of the white flour. You can add in some parmesan cheese if you'd like. Or, you can replace 1/2 cup of cornmeal for 1/2 cup of the flour. Have fun experimenting.

Steps:
- Combine the bread flour, sugar, yeast and kosher salt in the bowl of a stand mixer and combine. While the mixer is running, add the water and 2 tablespoons of the oil and beat until the dough forms into a ball. If the dough is sticky, add additional flour, 1 tablespoon at a time, until the dough comes together in a solid ball. If the dough is too dry, add additional water, 1 tablespoon at a time. Scrape the dough onto a lightly floured surface and gently knead into a smooth, firm ball.
- Grease a large bowl with the remaining 2 teaspoons olive oil, add the dough, cover the bowl with plastic wrap and put it in a warm area to let it double in size, about 1 hour. Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface and divide it into 2 equal pieces. Cover each with a clean kitchen towel or plastic wrap and let them rest for 10 minutes.

Steps:
- Stir whole wheat flour, all-purpose flour, yeast, salt, sugar, olive oil, and warm water with a spatula until formed into a sticky ball of dough that pulls away from sides of a large bowl, about 3-4 minutes.
- Cover the bowl with a light cloth or plastic wrap and let rise in a warm place (80 to 95 degrees F (27 to 35 degrees C)) for 18 hours, until doubled in size.
- Preheat the oven to 550 degrees F (280 degrees C). Sprinkle a baking sheet with cornmeal.
- Turn the dough onto a lightly floured surface and sprinkle with more flour. Form the dough into a rectangle, and cut it into four equal parts. Shape each piece into a ball, stretching and tucking the dough to create a smooth surface, adding more flour if needed. Cover the dough balls with a towel and let rest for 15 minutes.
- To shape the dough, sprinkle the surface with flour and lightly pat flat. Use a rolling pin to form a thin disk about 9 inches in diameter.
- Transfer the formed crust to the prepared baking sheet and top as desired. Bake on the bottom rack for 4 minutes, move to the middle rack and bake for 5-6 minutes more minutes, until the bottom is crispy and the top is lightly browned. Move to cooling rack to cool slightly before serving.

Steps:
- Combine 1 1/2 cup (187.5 g) of flour, instant yeast, sugar, and salt in a large bowl.
- Add olive oil and warm water and use a wooden spoon to stir well very well.
- Add any additional flour as needed, stirring until the dough is forming into a cohesive, elastic ball and is beginning to pull away from the sides of the bowl. The dough will still be slightly sticky but still should be manageable with your hands.
- Drizzle a separate, large, clean bowl generously with olive oil and use a pastry brush to brush up the sides of the bowl.
- Lightly dust your hands with flour and form your pizza dough into a round ball and transfer to your olive oil-brushed bowl.
- Allow dough to rise for 30 minutes or until doubled in size. If you intend to bake this dough into a pizza, I also recommend preheating your oven to 425F (215C) at this point so that it will have reached temperature once your pizza is ready to bake.
- Once the dough has risen, use your hands to gently deflate it and transfer to a lightly floured surface and knead briefly until smooth (about 3-5 times). Use either your hands or a rolling pin to work the dough into 12" circle.
- Use a fork to poke holes all over the center of the pizza to keep the dough from bubbling up in the oven.
- Add desired toppings and bake in a 425F (215C) preheated oven for 13-15 minutes or until toppings are golden brown. Slice and serve.
