CREAM CHEESE BANANA PUDDING

Steps:

• In a large bowl combine milk and pudding mix according to package directions.
• In a small bowl stir together cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
• Stir into pudding mixture (I use the mixer).
• Fold in cool whip (I just stir it good).
• In a 13x9x2 inch baking dish layer half the cookies,half the bananas and half the pudding mixture.
• Repeat layers.
• Cover and refrigerate 2 hours.

CREAM CHEESE BANANA PUDDING

Steps:

• In a bowl, combine the milk and pudding mix and blend well using a handheld electric mixer.
• In a separate bowl, combine the cream cheese and condensed milk together and mix until smooth.
• Fold the whipped topping into the cream cheese mixture. Add the cream cheese mixture to the pudding mixture and stir until well blended.
• Add half of the cookies and half of the banana to the bottom of a glass or trifle bowl.
• Pour half of the pudding mixture over the cookies and banana.
• Add a second layer of bananas and cookies (save some cookies for the top) and pour the remainder of the mixture over the cookies and bananas.
• Garnish with additional whipped cream, cookies and bananas. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
• Refrigerate until ready to serve.

BREAD PUDDING WITH BANANAS AND CREAM CHEESE

Steps:

• Arrange half of bread cubes in a lightly greased 8x8 pan. Sprinkle evenly with cream cheese and bananas. Top with remaining bread cubes.
• Whisk together eggs, milk, sugar, butter and maple syrup. Pour over bread mixture, pressing bread cubes to absorb the moisture. Cover and chill for 8 hours.
• Preheat oven to 350°F Sprinkle with cinnamon, and bake covered for 30 minutes.
• Uncover and bake 30 min more or till lightly browned and set. Let stand a few minutes before serving.
