CLASSIC MONTREAL BURGER

For bolder burgers, season your ground beef with the classic Montreal Steak blend of coarsely ground peppers, garlic and spices.

1 pound lean ground beef
1 package McCormick® Grill Mates® Montreal Steak Steakhouse Burgers Sauce Mix-Ins
4 hamburger rolls
4 lettuce leaves
1 large tomato cut into 8 thin slices
1/2 medium red onion thinly sliced

Steps:

  • Mix ground beef and Sauce Mix-Ins until well blended. Shape into 4 patties.
  • Grill over medium heat 4 to 6 minutes per side or until burgers are cooked through (internal temperature of 160°F). Toast rolls on the grill, open-side down, about 30 seconds or until golden.
  • Serve burgers on toasted rolls topped with lettuce, tomato and red onion.

  • Grill over medium heat 4 to 6 minutes per side or until burgers are cooked through (internal temperature of 160°F). If desired, add cheese slices to burgers 1 minute before cooking is completed. Toast rolls on the grill, open-side down, about 30 seconds.
  • Serve burgers on toasted rolls with desired toppings and condiments.

  • Serve grilled patties on hamburger buns.

1/4 cup mccormick montreal steak sauce
4 hamburger buns
salt and pepper, if needed

Steps:

  • Mix beef and 2-3 T grilling sauce in a medium bowl; reserve remaining grilling sauce.
  • Form meat mixture into 4 patties.
  • Grill patties over direct medium heat 4-6 minutes per side or until desired doneness, brushing with reserved grilling sauce.
  • Grill buns, open side down, until lightly toasted.
  • Serve burgers on buns with desired condiments.
