- Blend and chill - make into a ball.
- Dip in toasted coconut or nuts.
- From the Family Recipe Box, in Grandpa's typewriting, attributed to Eva Schopf, and dated Feb. 1970.
- Note from Julie: I don't believe that Lawry's makes French dressing mix anymore, so here is a mixture you can use, instead: 1/4 cup sugar, 1 tsp dry mustard, 1/8 tsp onion powder, 1 1/2 tsp paprika, and 1 1/2 tsp salt.

CURRIED CHEESE BALL WITH MANGO CHUTNEY
I had this at a party and my friend was kind enough to share her recipe. Serve this with assorted crackers, apple slices, whatever sounds good to you!Prep time does not include refrigeration time.Major Grey's Mango Chutney is what I usually use.

Steps:
- Mix together with an electric mixer the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, sherry, and curry powder.
- Refrigerate until it has firmed up- about 2-3 hours.
- Shape into a ball and place on serving plate.
- This may be made ahead and kept refrigerated.
- When ready to serve, pour some of the mango chutney over the cheese ball and serve.

- Beat cream cheese and cottage cheese until smooth.
- Add curry through coconut.
- Stir until incorporated.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- Form into two balls and wrap in wax paper.
- Chill six more hours.
- Plate and pour chutney over cheese if desired.
- Serve with sesame crackers.
