Time 1h40m

Yield 48 servings

Number Of Ingredients 4

1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
36 oblong vanilla creme-filled sandwich cookies, finely crushed
3-1/2 pkg. (4 oz. each) BAKER'S White Chocolate (14 oz.), divided
suggested decorations: chocolate sprinkles, miniature semi-sweet chocolate chips or colored decors

Steps:

  • Mix cream cheese and cookie crumbs until blended.
  • Shape into 48 (1-inch) balls. Freeze 10 min. Meanwhile, melt 12 oz. white chocolate as directed on package.
  • Dip balls in melted chocolate; place in single layer on waxed paper-covered rimmed baking sheet. (Re-freeze balls if they become too soft to dip.) Refrigerate 1 hour or until firm.
  • Melt remaining chocolate as directed on package; spoon into small resealable plastic bag. Press out excess air from bag; seal bag. Cut 1/8-inch piece from one bottom corner of bag. Squeeze bag to pipe chocolate onto each ball for the mummy's eyes; immediately add desired decorations for the eyeballs. Pipe remaining chocolate onto balls to resemble gauze strips. REESE'S PIECES ENERGY BALLS (LOW SUGAR & NO BAKE)

reese's pieces energy balls (low sugar & no bake) image

A healthier way to enjoy your favourite chocolate peanut butter candy!

Provided by Jessica Penner, RD

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 cup oats
⅓ cup peanut butter
2 tbsp corn syrup
2 tbsp pysllium (or ground flax seed)
2 tbsp whey isolate (optional)
3 tbsp mini Reese's Pieces

Steps:

  • Add all ingredients (except the water) to a bowl and stir to combine.
  • Using a small cookie scoop, scoop out and form into a ball. Don't try to squish the dough too hard with your hands. The recipe is light on the sticky syrup so you need to gently coax them into a ball shape. Now is not the time to be a perfectionist in making the spheres!
  • Add water, 1 tsp at a time, if the mixture is too crumbly to stick together at all.
  • Allow to firm up in the fridge.
  • Measure the oats into the food processor and turn on high. Process until oats are nearly a flour consistency.
  • Add the rest of ingredients to a bowl (except the water) and stir to combine.

  • Place the marshmallows in a large heat-proof microwave-safe bowl. Add the butter cubes on top. Place in the microwave and cook for 1:30 to 2 minutes, or until the marshmallows puff up. Remove the mixture from the microwave and whisk until the butter is incorporated. Add the green food color and salt. Whisk until well combined. (This can also be done in a saucepan on the stove top.)
  • Place popped popcorn in an oversized mixing bowl. Pour the melted marshmallow mixture on top and stir together with a wooden spoon. This will be messy, and you won’t be able to coat every piece of popcorn, but do the best you can.
  • Spray your hands with baking spray or butter them. Shape the mixture into 8 apple-sized balls and place on a piece of parchment paper. Re-spray or butter hands as needed. Refrigerate popcorn balls until firm.
  • Use a knife to cut a slit in one side of a popcorn ball. Insert plastic vampire teeth and shape the popcorn ball around it. If the vampire teeth are too springy they will cause the popcorn ball to split in half. If you experience this, reshape the ball and cut the teeth at the hinges with scissors; insert the teeth as two separate pieces (I had to do this with 2 of my monsters). Repeat with remaining popcorn balls.
