KABOBS
Grilled steak and chicken that doesn't dry out on the grill, but stays moist and flavorful. These kabobs are simple to make, and delicious to eat. Skewered meat with peppers, onions, and mushrooms in a honey teriyaki sauce.

MONKEY MEAT
This recipe goes real well with my Lumpia recipe. This came from the same party as the Lumpia did. Awesome, tender and very tasty. No monkeys were harmed in any way in the preparation of this recipe. Enjoy!

MONKEY MEAT KABOBS
I got this recipe from a friend years ago. In the Philippines they actually used monkey meat, but here in the USA we use pork steak. The number of bamboo skewers used depends on the amount of meat you prefer on each skewer. I guessed for this recipe.

Steps:
- Slice beef thinly cross-grain (it will slice more easily if partially frozen). Vary marinade ingredients to taste. Place beef strips in a shallow glass container or a ziploc bag along with marinade ingredients. Marinate overnight to 2 days, stirring occasionally or turning bag to mix. Thread beef on to wooden skewers and cook over very hot charcoal. Serve while still hot with rice and oriental vegetables, or just as an hors dourve.
