3 (12 ounce) packages refrigerated biscuit dough
1 cup white sugar
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
½ cup margarine
1 cup packed brown sugar
½ cup chopped walnuts
½ cup raisins

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease one 9 or 10 inch tube/Bundt® pan.
  • Mix white sugar and cinnamon in a plastic bag. Cut biscuits into quarters. Shake 6 to 8 biscuit pieces in the sugar cinnamon mix. Arrange pieces in the bottom of the prepared pan. Continue until all biscuits are coated and placed in pan. If using nuts and raisins, arrange them in and among the biscuit pieces as you go along.
  • In a small saucepan, melt the margarine with the brown sugar over medium heat. Boil for 1 minute. Pour over the biscuits.
  • Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 35 minutes. Let bread cool in pan for 10 minutes, then turn out onto a plate. Do not cut! The bread just pulls apart.

3 tablespoons butter, melted
1 garlic clove, minced
1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Additional Italian seasoning

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 425°. Separate biscuits; cut each into 6 pieces. In a large bowl, combine butter, garlic and Italian seasoning; add biscuit pieces and toss to coat., Place 4 pieces in each of 12 greased muffin cups. Sprinkle with cheese and additional Italian seasoning. Bake until golden brown, 8-10 minutes. Serve warm.

½ cup salted butter
1 cup light brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons whole milk
2 (16 oz.) cans Grands homestyle biscuits (OR 3 (12 oz.) cans)
1¼ cups granulated sugar
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
½ teaspoon ground allspice
½ cup chopped pecans

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F and spray a bundt pan with nonstick spray.
  • In a small saucepan, make the sauce by melting the butter, brown sugar, vanilla, and milk over medium-high heat. Boil for 1 minute. Remove from heat and set aside.
  • Cut the biscuits into quarters or sixths.
  • Whisk together the sugar, cinnamon, and allspice and coat each biscuit piece in the cinnamon mixture and place in the bundt pan.
  • Layer the biscuits in with the chopped pecans and the butter mixture. Finish with the butter mixture over the top and around the edges of the biscuits.
  • Bake for 40 to 45 minutes, when done the dough will puff up and become golden brown and crisp on top. And a toothpick inserted into the thickest part should come out clean.

2 - 16 oz. tubes Pillsbury Grands Flaky Layers Honey Butter Biscuits
1 1/2 c. honey
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. unsalted butter

Steps:

  • Pour the sugar in a gallon-sized plastic bag.
  • Remove the biscuits from the tubes, and cut each biscuit into quarters.
  • Place the biscuit pieces in the gallon-sized bag, working in batches, and shake to coat with sugar.
  • Layer biscuit pieces in a greased bundt pan.
  • In a medium saucepan over low heat, whisk together honey, cinnamon, and butter.
  • Heat until butter melts.
  • Pour evenly over the biscuit pieces in the bundt pan.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes, or until the end of a wooden spoon lightly pressed near the center does not depress the biscuits. It should not feel soft when you press near the center.
  • Let cool in pan for 10-15 minutes before inverting onto a serving platter.

This amazing, pull-apart monkey bread is so easy, you can't mess it up!

3 cans buttermilk biscuits (the non-flaky ones)
1 c. granulated sugar
2 tsp. (to 3 teaspoons) cinnamon
2 sticks butter (1 cup)
1/2 c. brown sugar

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • Open up all three cans of biscuits and cut each biscuit into quarters.
  • Next, combine the white sugar with 2-3 teaspoons of cinnamon. (3 teaspoons of cinnamon gives it a fairly strong cinnamon flavor. If you're not so hot on cinnamon, cut it back to 2 teaspoons.) Dump these into a 1 gallon zip bag and shake to mix evenly.
  • Drop all of the biscuit quarters into the cinnamon-sugar mix. Once all the biscuit quarters are in the bag seal it and give it a vigorous shake. This will get all those pieces unstuck from one another and nicely coated with cinnamon-sugar. Spread these nuggets out evenly in the bundt pan.
  • At this point, you're going to want to melt the two sticks of butter together with ½ cup of brown sugar in a saucepan over medium-high heat. This can be light or dark brown sugar. Cook butter/sugar mixture, stirring for a few minutes until the two become one. Once the brown sugar butter has become one color, you can pour it over the biscuits.
  • Bake for about 30-40 minutes until the crust is a deep dark brown on top. When it's finished cooking, remove it from the oven. If you have the willpower, allow it to cool for about 15-30 minutes before turning it over onto a plate.

1 cup granulated sugar
2 teaspoons cinnamon (or you can use pumpkin pie spice)
1 cup butter (salted or unsalted)
1/2 cup brown sugar (packed )

Steps:

  • Prepare pan: Heavily grease Bundt or fluted tube pan with butter (12-cup capacity). Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Prepare the dough: Separate biscuits and cut each one into four equal bite-sized pieces. Combine granulated sugar and cinnamon in a bowl or plastic bag. Drop roll each piece of dough in the sugar-cinnamon mixture and shake around to coat. Gently arrange the cinnamon-sugar biscuit pieces into the prepared pan.
  • Heat syrup: In a small saucepan, combine brown sugar and butter. Add 1/2 cup of the remaining sugar-cinnamon mixture (discard remaining or use for another recipe).
