QUICK AND SIMPLE MEATBALLS

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 375°. In a large bowl, combine eggs, water, onion, bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic and seasonings; mix well. Crumble beef over mixture and mix well. Shape into 1-1/2-in. balls. Place meatballs on greased racks in shallow baking pans. Bake, uncovered, until no longer pink, 15-18 minutes. , Freeze option: Freeze cooled meatballs in freezer containers. To use, partially thaw in refrigerator overnight. Heat through in the microwave.

MONIKA'S MAGNIFICENT MEATBALLS
I wanted to create a "different" meatball recipe...these are really magnificent.

Steps:
- In a large bowl, spread out the ground beef (doing this will distribute all the ingredients evenly).
- sprinkle, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese and half of the parsley.
- add the beaten eggs along with the wine, combine everything and form meatballs ...makes about 20, line them in a baking dish and bake them about 15 mins at 350 (they will finish cooking in the sauce)
- transfer into a large pot with your favorite marinara sauce and simmer for another 30 mins.... Or you can make my homemade sauce....in my recipes quite magnificent.
