MOM'S EASY CROCK POT BBQ RIBS
This is how my mom always made BBQ ribs, and it can't get any easier. This method keeps the sauce nice & thick. I'm posting it here mainly to see what the nutritional information is.

Steps:
- Place ribs in crock pot and season with salt and pepper to taste. Cook on low all day-- 6-8 hours.
- About an hour before supper time, drain all the liquid from the pot. Return ribs to pot and pour in the BBQ sauce. Simmer on low another hour.
- Serve and enjoy!

Steps:
- In a bowl mix all of the ingredients except the water and ribs.
- Reserve 1 cup of the sauce and refrigerate.
- Mix in the water to the rest of the sauce.
- Place ribs in crock pot and cover with sauce.
- Cook on low for 8-10 hours.
- When done cooking preheat oven on broil.
- Place ribs on foil lined cooking sheet.
- Baste with the reserve sauce and put in the oven for 10-15 minutes until just a bit crispy. Make sure you have a lot of paper towels. Enjoy.
SLOW COOKER RIBS
These Slow Cooker ribs are going to melt in your mouth and fall off the bone! They are cooked low and slow so they are perfectly tender and then covered in a sauce that's absolutely to die for!

Steps:
- Prepare your ribs by removing the membrane and patting dry with a paper towel.
- Prepare the rub by combining brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper. Rub evenly on top of the ribs.
- Cut the ribs in half. Add half of the rack of the ribs into the bottom of the slow cooker. Pour half of the sauce on top and layer with the other rack with remaining sauce. You can also wrap the ribs around the slow cooker if the top will fit on.
- Cook the ribs on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit. Remove the ribs and set on a baking sheet. Pour the sauce on the top. Cook for 10 minutes until the tops get crispy. Brush with additional sauce if needed.

DELICIOUS CROCK POT BARBECUE RIBS
These can also be cooked in the oven and I have done so many times, prep time includes browning the ribs ;-)

Steps:
- Set oven to 400 degrees F.
- Season ribs with seasoned salt or white salt and pepper.
- Place the ribs on a greased baking sheet.
- Bake/brown for 20 minutes, then turn over and bake/brown for another 20 minutes.
- Place the ribs in the crock pot.
- In a large bowl mix together ketchup, BBQ sauce, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco to taste and garlic; mix well to combine; pour over the ribs then turn to coat with the sauce.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 6-8 hours or until ribs are tender.
- Delicious!

MOMS OPEN PIT CROCKPOT RIBS
My mom makes the best crock pot ribs ever! I think the secret is using open pit BBQ sauce.. She's tried it with other sauces but it just isn't the same! Serve with corn on the cob and rice! yum!!

- 1. Season the ribs with garlic and onion salt and fresh cracked pepper.
- 2. Broil ribs, turning once, until just browned on both sides.
- 3. Place sliced onions in a layer on the bottom of the crock pot. Add broiled ribs and BBQ sauce. Cover and cook on low 10 hours.
