MIRACLE WHIP ROCKING BACON-RANCH POTATO SALAD

Steps:

• MIX dressings and seasonings in large bowl.
• ADD remaining ingredients; mix lightly.

GRANDMA'S REINVENTED POTATO SALAD

Steps:

• Cook potatoes in pan of boiling water 15 minutes or just until tender; drain. Cool.
• Place potatoes in large bowl. Add cheese and onions; mix lightly.
• Mix dressing, sugar, celery seed and pepper in medium bowl. Stir in half the bacon. Add to potato mixture; mix lightly.
• Refrigerate several hours or until chilled. Top with remaining bacon before serving.

MOM'S POTATO SALAD

Steps:

• Toss together.
• chill.
• EAT!

MOM'S MIRACLE WHIP POTATO SALAD

Steps:

• 1. Boil potatoes in salted water until soft. Drain and rinse under cold water until cold.
• 2. Mix in 3 eggs chopped, red onion, dill pickles, and pimentos. Set aside.
• 3. In a separate bowl mix the miracle whip, mustard, sugar, celery seed and salt and pepper. Add enough milk to make desired consistency.
• 4. Slice remaining eggs and arrange over top. Sprinkle with paprika

Steps:

• Boil potatoes until tender but not mushy, set aside to cool.
• For dressing: mix all ingredients in a bowl. Any and all of the ingredients can (and should) be adjusted to your taste as my dressing never turns out the same way twice depending on whether I'm in the mood for sweet, peppery, salty, etc.
• Mix potatoes, celery, onion, egg, and dressing in a bowl and chill.
• Enjoy!
