- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- In a shallow bowl or pie plate, whisk eggs with garlic powder and onion powder. Place cracker crumbs on a separate plate. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Dip pork chops into the egg, then press in the cracker crumbs to coat. Fry in the hot oil for 2 to 3 minutes per side, just until golden brown. Remove to a baking sheet.
- Bake for 45 minutes in the preheated oven, turning once. Serve immediately.

- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- Combine all herbs and seasonings together in a small bowl.
- Sprinkle or rub the seasoning on the pork chops, evenly seasoning both sides.
- Optional: to sear your meat, melt the butter, or heat the oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Once the pan is hot, add two pork chops at a time and brown, approximately 1.5-2 minutes per side. Remove the pork chops to a casserole dish.
- Bake the pork chops for 25-30 minutes, until an inserted thermometer, reads 145 F.

- Heat frying pan and greese lightly.
- add chops and brown, Drain off all fat.
- Sprinkle meat with soup mix and gradually blend in 1 3/4 cup water.
- add green pepper, Pineapple,ketchup,vinegar,brownsugar,soya sauceand mustard.
- Mix well cover simmer stiring occasionally until pork is real tender appox 1 hour -2 hours longer it sits the more tender it is .
- Blend cornstarch with remaining 1/4 cup water, add to thicken cooking 10 minutes longer.

MOM'S EASIEST EVER BAKED PORK CHOPS
This was a staple on our family table when Dad wanted pork chops. Mom didn't like to fry pork chops because of the grease and it is hard to get them tender without overcooking them. So this baked recipe fit the bill. It is easy and really good.

- Heat oven to 350°. Salt and pepper porkchops lightly on both sides. Place in a baking dish in a single layer.
- Top EACH CHOP with the following in order: One or two Thin onion slices , one or two Thin Lemon slices, and a Tablespoon or two of catsup. Spread catsup to cover.
- Add about 3-4 Tbsp. water to the pan, Cover with Foil and bake at 350 until fork tender. Check the chops after 30 minutes and then every 15 minutes til you can stick a fork into them and they are tender.
- If you like, you can remove the foil for the last 15 minutes to let the toppings brown a little. Remove from pan with spatula and serve.

After searching for a good, easy, one-dish baked pork chop recipe I came up with my own -- and it's the best. These were literally fork tender. I served it with a side of mixed vegetables. I know a lot of people will balk at using the bacon grease for frying the chops, but it does add a smoky flavor that enhances the chipotle pepper.

- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
- Mix cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, milk, mushrooms, green onions, rice, and Worcestershire in a medium bowl. Set aside.
- Combine garlic powder, chipotle pepper, and salt in a small bowl, adjusting seasoning mix to taste.
- Rinse pork chops and pat dry. Season both sides of chops with seasoning mix.
