Number Of Ingredients 6

1-3/4 cups boiling water
2 pkg. (6 oz. each) JELL-O Peach Flavor Gelatin
1 can (5 oz.) evaporated milk
1-3/4 cups cold water, divided
1 pkg. (3 oz.) JELL-O Strawberry Flavor Gelatin
2 Tbsp. cornstarch

Steps:

  • Add boiling water to peach gelatin mixes; stir 2 min. until completely dissolved. Stir in evaporated milk and 3/4 cup cold water; pour into JELL-O Halloween Brain Mold sprayed with cooking spray. Refrigerate 1 hour or until gelatin is set but not firm.
  • Mix strawberry gelatin mix and cornstarch in small microwaveable bowl. Stir in remaining cold water. Microwave on HIGH 3 min.; stir. Drizzle 1/2 cup strawberry gelatin between peach gelatin and edge of mold, gently pulling peach gelatin from side of mold as needed. Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm. Refrigerate remaining strawberry gelatin until ready to use.
  • Unmold gelatin from brain mold onto plate just before serving. Microwave remaining strawberry gelatin 1 min. Spoon over the unmolded brain.

1 can (15-1/4 ounces) sliced peaches
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 package (3 ounces) peach or orange gelatin

Steps:

  • Drain peaches, reserving juice; add enough water to juice to measure 1 cup. Place peaches in a blender. Cover and process until smooth; set aside. , In a large saucepan, combine the sugar, nutmeg and reserved juice mixture. Bring to a boil over medium heat; cook and stir for 1 minute or until sugar is dissolved. Remove from the heat; stir in gelatin until dissolved. Stir in the peach puree. , Pour into a 3-cup mold coated with cooking spray. Refrigerate until set. Just before serving, unmold onto a serving plate.

1 (6 ounce) package peach flavor gelatin mix
1 ½ cups cold water
1 (20 ounce) can DOLE® Pineapple Chunks, drained*
1 (11 ounce) can DOLE Mandarin Oranges, drained
1 ½ cups thawed whipped topping

Steps:

  • Stir boiling water into gelatin in large bowl at least 2 minutes until completely dissolved. Stir in cold water. Refrigerate 45 minutes or until slightly thickened. Remove 1-1/2 cups gelatin; let stand at room temperature.
  • Stir drained fruit into remaining gelatin. Spoon into 6-cup mold sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Refrigerate 15 minutes or until set not firm.
  • Whisk whipped topping into reserved gelatin until blended. Spoon over gelatin layer in mold. Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm. Unmold.

1 can (15-1/4 ounces) sliced peaches
2 packages (3 ounces each) peach or apricot gelatin
1/2 cup sugar
2 cups boiling water
1 teaspoon almond extract
1 carton (8 ounces) frozen whipped topping, thawed
Additional sliced peaches, optional

Steps:

  • Drain peaches, reserving 2/3 cup juice. Chop peaches into small pieces; set aside. , In a large bowl, dissolve gelatin and sugar in boiling water. Stir in reserved juice. Chill until slightly thickened. Stir extract into whipped topping; gently fold in gelatin mixture. Fold in peaches. , Pour into an oiled 6-cup mold. Chill overnight. Unmold onto a serving platter; garnish with additional peaches if desired.

Number Of Ingredients 7

2 (3 ounce) packages of peach flavored gelatin
3 1/2 cups boiling water
1 1/4 cups cold water
3/4 cup cold peach schnapps or 3/4 cup cold water, for non-alcoholic version
2 cups peaches, sliced and peeled or 2 cups drained canned peaches
2 (2 tablespoon) envelopes unflavored gelatin
sweetened condensed milk

Steps:

  • Empty both packages of peach gelatin into a bowl. Stir in 2 cups of the boiling water until the gelatin is fully dissolved. Stir in 3/4 cups of the cold water and the peach schnapps or water. Refrigerate mixture until thickened. If using canned peaches, drain well. Arrange some of the peach slices in a formation in the bottom of a 9-cup mold. Reserve remaining peaches. Spoon thickened peach gelatin into the mold over te arranged peach slices. Refrigerate until gelatin is set but not firm.
  • Meanwhile, in a separate bowl, sprinkle unflavored gelatin over 1/2 cup of the cold water and allow the gelatin to absorb the water. Stir in 1 1/2 cups of the boiling water until gelatin is fully dissolved. Stir in sweetened condensed milk until the mixture is smooth. Refrigerate mixture until slightly thickened. Chop up any remaining peach slices and fold into sweetened condensed milk mixture. Gently spoon into the mold over the peach gelatin layer. Refrigerate until firm. Unmold and serve.
  • Makes 9 cups.

1 (1 lb) can peach, sliced
1/4 cup vinegar
1/2 cup sugar
12 whole cloves
1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
1 (3 ounce) package peach Jell-O
3/4 cup water, cold

Steps:

  • Drain peaches, measuring 3/4 cup syrup.
  • Chop peaches coarsely.
  • Bring syrup, vinegar, sugar and spices slowly to a boil.
  • Add peaches, simmer for 10 minutes.
  • Strain syrup and discard cloves.
  • Add enough peach juice or water to make 1 cup.
  • Dissolve Jello in hot syrup.
  • Add cold water (if I have enough peach syrup, I use what I have) and peaches.
  • Cool, then pour into mold.
  • (The times I made this recipe, I have doubled it.)
