A creamy veggie dip that is full of crumbled corned beef, fresh herbs, and onions! Tons of flavor in little time, great for entertaining and game day.

- In a medium bowl stir together the sour cream and mayonnaise until well combined.
- Add in crumbed corned beef with parsley, dill and onion. Mix well until fully combined.

- Combine all ingredients. Chill until serving time.
CORNED BEEF SPREAD
Steps:
- Flake corned beef into mixing bowl, removing pieces of excess fat.
- Have cream cheese softened to room temperature and blend with sour cream and soy sauce.
- Pour mixture over corned beef and mix well.
- Stir in dill pickle.
- Place in a serving bowl and sprinkle with paprika. Serve with crackers. Yield: About 2 1/2 cups

- 1. Break up the corned beef in bowl and add the chopped onions and bell peppers. Add the vinegar and horseradish stir well. Mix the jello with one cup of hot water till dissolved. Add this to the beef,pepper,onion bowl. Add the mayonnaise stir well. I put this in a mold but can be made in just a bowl. Let chill at least an hour. Enjoy with crackers.

- Spray mold of your choice with non-stick cooking spray.
- In food processor, combine cream cheese, corned beef, mustard, horseradish and mayonnaise. Pulse until all ingredients are fully combined, then pour into mold.
- Chill the mold least 6 hours. To serve, unmold onto serving dish and line with crackers to serve.
