SOFT MOLASSES COOKIES
Ginger molasses cookies are a classic holiday cookie that has been enjoyed by generations of home cooks, and now you! We took that classic spiced cookie recipe, with ginger, cinnamon and cloves and perfected it to make the best ginger molasses cookies we have ever tasted. These are baked with a soft center and a slightly crispy crunch on the outside, and dipped in sugar to give it a sweet finish. Enjoy making memories with family and friends while devouring a batch of these soft molasses cookies during the holidays or bake them whenever you just need a batch of cozy and sweet spiced cookies regardless of the season.

MOLASSES BREAKFAST COOKIES
I'm in love with molasses breakfast cookies made without sugar. They're sweetened with molasses and honey and whole grains. Healthy enough for breakfast!

MOLASSES OAT BRAN COOKIES
This healthy (well, healthier) cookie recipe won a prize in the 1990 Pillsbury Bake-Off. It was created by by Constance Dudley of Stanardsville, Virginia. I got the recipe from the 50th Anniversary Best of the Bake-Off Cookbook. Cook time includes refrigeration time and cook time for 2 batches of cookies. These can easily be made vegan by using a vegan egg-replacer like Ener-G. Sometimes sugar is not vegan so you could substitute raw sugar, if desired.

OLD FASHIONED MOLASSES COOKIES
These are basically a soft ginger snap. I made them for my 8 year olds class and they were fighting over the extras. I also made them for a very sweet older friend who said she hadn't tasted these since her mother made them when she was little, They make a ton and stay fresh for quite awhile. This works perfectly for Christmas or large amounts of company!
